The property was perfect for 6 couples that all stayed together. Everyone had their own restrooms and the location made most attractions walkable.

This is a excellent rental property. Key features are a bathroom for each bedroom, location and all amenities function properly. Clean and well kept, the location allows you to walk to most areas of interest. Parking is limited to two spaces. That could be a problem for large parties that drive vice fly, Key West

This was the perfect property, location and layout for a group of 12 people to celebrate a recent engagement. The home was just as beautiful as the online listing and even better in person! While we had hoped to be able to check in a little sooner than 4pm, the process itself was seamless and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

Wonderful property, clean, lots of room for family and friends to sleep. It is missing a kitchen/dining table for family dinners but other than that it is fantastic. We loved the pool and enjoyed our stay.

The house was immaculate when we arrived and our group of 12 (6 couples) had plenty of room to move around, and also have quiet time if we needed it. The pool and patio were used everyday. There are just a couple of things that we noticed need some improvement. First, the WIFI throughout the house is very weak and spotty. The main 2nd floor bedroom TV would not connect at all. The management company was SUPER helpful and sent someone over to add a booster, which did help, however after they left, we could still only utilize a few channels of the TV. Some of this may be due to how confusing the TV remote and the TV provider make it to access channels. The only other item was that the bed pillows in the main front 2nd floor bedroom need refreshing. They don't have much fluff left in them. (Can't speak for the other rooms). Other than that, our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely go back again. Thank you!

This was by far the best property we have ever stayed in. The location on Duval Street was great and had a wonderful proximity to everything and yet it was not too close to the noisy bars as it is close to the Southernmost point, and yet an easy walk (about 1 mile) or bike ride to Mallory Square. We even enjoyed sitting on the front porch to people watch on New Year's Eve!The house itself had recently been completely renovated. Everything was [perfect, from the brand new kitchen appliances, to the great floor plan. The kitchen has an island that seats 8 which opens to a living room which can seat just as many. This living area flows into a wall to wall sliding glass door which opens to a wonderful covered outdoor seating area adjacent to the pool with plenty of beach chairs/lounge chairs to relax by the heated pool. Since there were 12 of us, we also rented the smaller house which was laid out nicely as well and backed to the pool. There was a nice private fence which separated the houses from the street, and yet connected them to each other. I cannot think of a single thing that could be better! We definitely will look to stay in this house our next visit to Key West.

So it gets even better that it’s right at the end of Duval Street for an easy walk or trolley ride to food, drink, or activities. Check in was very professional and easy. Sit on the front porch and people watch or sit in privacy by the small pool. The only negative would also apply to any rental in this part of Key West. At night you may hear people heading home from bars and in the early morning hear the wild roosters doing their wake up call. Again, this is the same for any place in this area and overall the house has good sound proofing. I would stay here again.

Everything was top notch and it was concierge style treatment. I can't say enough positive things about the property and being in one of the best spots on Duval. One example of outstanding service was a few family members had to do some remote work. At one point the Wi-Fi failed. Within 1 hour it was fully restored and functioning at speeds needed to complete work needs. It was ideal for our very large family vacation and we will be returning.

The 2BR House that is separated by a courtyard and small pool was perfect for two couples that wanted to get some privacy during the 5 days with its own full kitchen. The main house was the perfect house with 3 King BR and a Br with two Doubles. The House is just brilliant and a great flow as you come in off Duvall down the hallway to the kitchen and sitting room and sliding double doors to the outdoor deck and pool area. The Mgmt Company was great to work with as we wanted to do a surprise party for my daughter and needed to check i. early for some decorating. We hired a Concierge to help us gather all the fun decorations and Historic Key West provided a key to the Concierge so she could get in and also let the caterer i. early to set up so when we could check in officially, the house was ready and the surprise came off without a hitch. Annie and Susan aim to please. This was our first rental experience with them and we will return for sure. Well done Historic Key West. The family trip was a rousing success.
