I’m finding this unacceptable.The wall panel wasn’t working at all.It’s a top floor unit and the owner should know better how hot it can get.Well, probably saving money.Disappointing because the nightly charge for this stay wasn’t cheap.2.Ice maker not working 3.balcony door not working4.the tv in the two beds room did not work- maybe the batteries? Not sure- again- I don’t feel it was my obligations to check and solve the problem.I wasn’t there to make a list and inform management about all the things which were not right.I guess it should be all checked on the regular basis There is a coffee maker and a Keurig.. would it hurt the to leave a “ welcome starter”-a few of the K-cups and some condiments-just for the next morning if the guests are arriving late night.Not expensive but a nice gestureA day before our departure I received the text from the cleaning crew asking for an estimate check out time.Big Thank you to the Pest Control for a prompt response and for taking care of the problem right away.The common area is well maintained, clean, nice pool.Super friendly staff.I would recommend the location of this unit and the Property Management Company, but I would say NO to this particular A17 unit .

A couple minor bumps along the way but nothing that would prevent us from us from returning in the future. The location was primarily why we chose this unit for our vacation. Right on the beach and a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach/ocean to enjoy. The unit came fully furnished along with extra amenities to use while visiting the beach( beach chairs, towels and toys). The master suite was beautiful and spacious. The only issues we had were our assigned parking spot was unavailable when we arrived so it held us up a bit from being able to get into the unit and our rental agent was unable to find the proper wifi information for us to use during our stay. Other than those minor inconveniences we enjoyed our stay at the condo. The pool was clean and seating and umbrellas were provided to use in that area. You are within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops as well as the pier. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and everything was very clean and organized. We were very comfortable with our party of 5 staying there, plenty of room. We look forward to returning in the future. Anyone who is lucky enough to rent this until will not be disappointed.

The condo was as advertised with a beautiful beach steps away. Perfect for a week long getaway with another couple. Walking distance to our favorite place on the beach The Palm Pavilion. Mona was easy to communicate with and addressed all our questions and concerns. We all agreed we would stay there again😊

Weather did not cooperate but the accommodations were nice and we would stay there again.

We just enjoyed a short, but excellent, 2-night stay in unit A17. The condo was great! Clean, well kept, nicely appointed. It was better than the pictures. We were able to take advantage of several nice extras provided in the storage/laundry room during the time of our stay, including beach towels, beach chairs, a soft sided cooler, beach bags, an umbrella, and some beach and surf toys. Location was excellent! The unit is just far enough north up the beach that you can have a little lesser crowds on the beach, yet still very close to some great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Communication was excellent. Parking was great. Everything was as easy as could be. I have nothing but good things to say. I highly recommend this unit for you stay on Clearwater Beach,

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this rental which had all the amenities we needed and especially, wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico! We found fun and relaxation as we shared amazing memories in this hidden gem.

When we got there the towels were not clean. Some still had make up on them other towels had brown spots. We had to wash all of them. They use a very strong smelling laundry detergent which is very bad for allergies. Some lightbulbs were burned out, a few outlets didn’t work. The microwave broke the second day there. When we called about it they said they’d have to measure and order one. We ask for a counter top microwave which they did get. It was left at the door for us to deal with. You have to buy your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags etc and take your trash out. For the price would much rather stay at a condo with some amenities

The pool on the website doesn't look very exciting, but it was a great relief in the afternoons. We met lots of very nice travelers there. The kitchen was just right. This property was amazing.. I loved the décor! It was clean and had everything we needed. I would stay here again. The host is on point!!! I can’t say enough good things!!

We arrived late Christmas Eve. The electric door code didn’t work si I had to call the office at 1:30 am. They were able to change the combination remotely but i was really inconvenient. There was only a half used roll of toilet paper. Christmas morning I had to make a trip to CVS. Again inconvenient. The condo location was perfect. We have family that live in Clearwater so it made fir a great place at the beach to gather.

This condo is updated and very clean. Best part is the outstanding ocean view from the large balcony. Condo sits right on Clearwater beach, walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. Some of the pics may need to be updated, as some of the furniture is different than what is shown. But other than that, my wife, parents and 2 year old daughter couldn't have been happier. Can't wait to come back!
