Easy..perfect location. Skinny’s next door was perfect “old Florida” just what I needed. Not easy walk to restaurants but you can get around using the monkey bus. Worked great for me and will do it again

We have kids ranging from 4 months old to 18 yrs old, and I knew this property was going to be a hit the moment we opened the gate. It was late and we had been driving for 9 hours, but the moment the kids saw the beautifully lit, perfectly warmed pool, all the planning and driving and money was worth it! Even I could swim in the pool in December, and I do not like cold water! I loved that our younger kids could wake up early, as they do, and get straight to swimming while I fixed breakfast, and the teens enjoyed their beauty sleep. We didn't have to wake up the teens because the littles needed to get out and get active. Then, in the evenings, when the littles were wiped and needed rest, the teens enjoyed swimming! Like I said, perfect. Now, for the inside. The house was well stocked with both beach and bath towels, the property was clean, and the sleeping space worked excellently for us. Even the pull out sofa had a nice mattress on it! Not one of those crappy ones you can feel the springs through. The beach access was super close, and everything was provided for a good time there: beach wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella. Everyone agreed, we all wished we had more time to stay and play!

This property is located conveniently to beaches and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive to all queries.

The property was great, my grandson loved the pool. Walking distance to the beach was amazing. I think they need to change the umbrella it was stained really bad. The BBQ didn't work so we bought a small one to use. We will definitely come back!!! Tammy

The location was good. We had plenty of space and loved having a private pool. Would definitely stay again if updates took place. Lounge chairs in pool in pictures, only one and it was broken. Outdoor furniture is filthy and needs replaced. Beds and pillows are hard and flat. Sheets are rough on sunburns. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Found previous guests food debris and beverage spills throughout home. Not sure if it’s the washer or dryer, but have grease stains on white clothing that was washed. Aside from some questionable cleaning we enjoyed our stay and the island immensely! The pool was always inviting, just wish the accommodations outside were cozier. Thank you for another year of great memories with our family!

Just spent the most amazing week in this private little oasis. Our boys had the best time. The private pool was great and the location can't be beat. We will definitely be coming back!

This place was perfect! The pool, restaurant right next door, grocery store, and beach across the street couldn’t have been a better setup.

Loved our stay! Pool was the very best part...kids spent hours splashing away. The pool was heated perfectly, well maintained and very clean. Comfortable bedrooms and convenient kitchen. The location is unbeatable. No traffic, right by the grocery store and the beach. Perfect little spot!

This property was spotless. For small bungalow all the appliances were full size, which made it easy to prepare meals. The pool was warm, and kept our small fry busy, they never wanted to leave the bungalow. I will forever remember by grandson's voice as he opened the gate and shrieked "We have our own pool". Great memories.

Exceeded my expectations. Beach, pool, the location cannot be beat. The property is very clean and well taken care of. Will definitely be back!

Loved it. The staff is wonderful. Great location. Restaurant in the corner. Beach super close by. The place it self is great. You have your personal pool, well equipped. I would definitely stay again.

Only complaint is walls are thin and I could hear the guy next door snoring and it kept me up. Everything else was great and the property was adorable.

Very clean cottage with a nice pool. Super short walk away from Manatee Beach, and a short drive from Coquina Beach, my favorite one on AMI. It would have been tough for the five of us if it had been rainy because there wouldn’t have been room for us to sit comfortably and hang out in the living room, but we got great weather and spent most of our time out at the pool or at the beach, and we went out to dinner every night, so the small living space wasn’t an issue. Valerie was very responsive, and everything ran smoothly. Thanks for a nice stay!

We absolutely loved the property! Ideal location just a quick walk from the water and beach! The pool was a perfect way to cool down in the early evening. Bedrooms were great and fantastic water pressure in all the showers! Overall a tremendous value, ideal location and perfectly comfortable rental!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Coconut Cottage #1. We loved how close it was to the beach and to Publix, the updated and clean accommodations but the best perk was the private pool! Thanks for a great time; we will definitely rent again!

AMI is one of our favorite places. This was the first time we stayed so close to the public beach. Such easy access. Thanks for the great time.

Beautiful cottage, immaculate, just a short walk to the beach. Loved having the private pool right out the door. Cottage was well stocked with what we needed. Valerie was awesome to deals with, great communication and response.

My wife, my two elementary school aged boys and my mother all fit comfortably in the cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pool was perfect - private and just steps outside of the door. Being able to walk to the beach and shopping in minutes was ideal. The family is already asking when we are going back!

Wonderful for our family of 5-excellent location, the heated personal pool was amazing, and Valerie (the manager) was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place to any travelers to AMI.
