This place is in the perfect location! Big enough for the 8 of us to all have space! Parking is a plus! There's nothing like having the ocean right in front of you!

Right on the sand so much so that we were the envy of all passers by. Exquisite property and location. Well appointed with each bedroom with an en suite. Clean residence with modern look. Responsive management company. Enjoyed our stay and it made the 50th birthday celebration special for all involved!

My wife, son (16), daughter (12) and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the place. We had my assistant and her husband and 3 kids over. Plenty of room, clean, beautiful and fun! Can’t wait to come back!

The view was perfect, the beach just across the street. This was for a special birthday and I wanted my family around. There was plenty of space for 10 people. The first bedrooms sink had a drainage issue, but that happens with sand. The only suggestion I would make is to install a timed shower outside to get rid of the sand. There is a palm tree on south east corner that could be replaced by a shower. Best part was I didn't have to change sheets, or clean when we left.

The space was perfect for my family of 9(including 3 Infants).
The Views from the balcony were amazing. You can hear the ocean and the Sunsets were incredible. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to others.

This was the perfect vacation rental to have my family all come together for some rest and relaxation! The property is adorable and well laid out. Every bedroom has a private bathroom. The retractable doors were perfect to sit and enjoy the beach. Perfect location to restaurants and conveniences. Definately will go back again

Perfect location right along the sandy beach area in Oceanside. Very convenient when staying with children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The view and sound of the ocean is incredible. Super easy access to the beach. Beds are comfortable. Wonderful that it’s pet friendly, too!

Not the ideal time to go in December but the property was breathtaking and a close walk to the pier and it’s restaurants. It was really cold and space heaters were provided for every room, which was good because it was really cold. The rooms were really nice and loved that each had its own bathroom. The only thing that was tough to navigate was the fake and frosted wall in between two of the rooms. Otherwise, we had 6 people staying there and it was plenty spacious. Thank you for the hospitality and convenience.

The only downside was the parking garage. The entry to the garage was so narrow, I scraped my rental pulling in and coming out. The garage was very very small and they lined it for 11 parking spots that were so tight you could barely get into the car.
Other than that.....thank you for a beautiful place to stay!

This unit was beautiful, well stocked, beautifully decorated and clean. We liked the convenience of being able to walk right out to the beach. Loved the rooftop deck for evening chats around the firepit and the kids loved the hot tubs!

We had a lovely time at the beachfront condo with our friends and our children. It was so convenient to get to the beach and get back to the condo for any breaks needed. We were able to use the grill and kitchen cook up some meals while enjoying the ocean view!

Our family had the most wonderful week in Oceanside, CA in two of these beach front properties. We had plenty of room for our large extended family (between the two condos) and the location was PERFECT! It couldn't have been better.
The communication of the property management company was excellent from start to finish (and even once during our stay) We hope to be able to stay here again!

Our Beachfront stay in Oceanside
Our family had the most wonderful week in Oceanside, CA in two of these beach front properties. We had plenty of room for our large extended family (between the two condos) and the location was PERFECT! It couldn't have been better.
The communication of the property management company was excellent from start to finish (and even once during our stay) We hope to be able to stay here again!

Overall, we loved our stay. The feeling of having a private living room on the beach was perfect for a weekend catching up with friends, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Having 4.5 bathrooms was really enjoyable for our big group. The keypad entry system was awesome and made it easy for our group to come and go.
There were a few little things with property condition that I was surprised Beachfront Only hadn't checked on ahead of time, that would improve future stays:
- the propane tank for the rooftop fire pit was empty & the backup was rusted shut
- only 4 forks (also only 8 wineglasses) and when we texted, staff didn't bring replacements until the next day after a 2nd reminder
- only small frying pans... the house fits 10 people but that's not how the pans are sized!
- no ice ... there is what seems to be an ice maker on the counter, but it is rusty and there aren't instructions

Very clean spacious loved that every bedroom has a restroom. Walking distance to everything, best ocean views!!! the only negative part is that you only get 2 parking spaces and when everybody came from different places you need more than two spaces but was able to leave the cars at their main office which is about 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic.

Beautiful place had all amenities plus more . The neighborhoods were not respectful of our deck / spa area but it’s not the properties fault . Customer service is great . The accommodations of the parking was so helpful and easy to communicate with the property customer service . Beachfront Only understands family with children with care . I loved it ! Overall we had a great experience and communication was exceptional from the property customer service personal . We were advised of city regulations and what to expect , me coming from another city was very much helpful. Thank you Beachfront, we will see you soon for sure !

Oceanside strand review
Very nice property with a great view but... City of Oceanside was dredging the beach directly in front of the building. This meant 1-4 LARGE CAT bulldozers all day AND night. Blocked the view and NO ocean access from the unit. This along with bunk beds in one room instead of a full bed and a hot tub that was empty when we arrived really put a damper on things. It turns out that the hot tub needed replacement which was done the day before we left. We should have been warned about the dredging and requested a partial refund, which was ignored. They did offer to change out the bunk bed but once settled we really didn’t want workers coming into the unit.

We love this place - awesome place to relax. Stayed here so many times. If it was for sale, would buy it. Only drawback is was difficulty in working the A/C unit wish there was instructions to it. Also, the Roku TV should have some apps like HBOMax already installed so can watch other shows
