Perfect spot for a Key West getaway. Everything within walking distance.

Excellent location. No water pressure in back bathroom shower and unusable kitchen. The furniture, including the beds, were unbelievably uncomfortable to the point of mostly not being able to lounge at all in the house itself. The hot tub was 50% functional. Generally not a nice house considering the cost. I’d recommend finding somewhere much nicer a little further out for the same price or less.

Great house, location and was very clean. The stove did not work, and I was promised a replacement stove which was never delivered. I called every day that we were there and spoke to numerous people who always promised me a call back with an update, but no one ever called back. Still waiting for a call to discuss a satisfactory resolution.

Very expensive for a small, old property

The location of this property was perfect! Just steps off of Duval Street, we could walk to everything! Easy, remote check in was very convenient. The place is cramped, but laid out well, and the hot tub was a treat. Small space for our car was appreciated. However, there clearly has been no reinvestment in this cottage for a long time. The floors are worn and dirty, as are the moldings and woodwork. The back deck is filthy, same with the window awnings. A little power washing would go a long way here. The place needs a facelift - redo the wood floors, update the furniture, replace the ancient TV, add some small dressers to the bedrooms (there were hangers, but no where else to put clothes). Update bathrooms towels. At $8,500 for the week, this property did not meet our expectations.

Our short, but sweet stay was excellent! The property location is excellent and within walking distance to almost everything in the heart of Key West. The property itself, while small was a very rustic/authentic beach vibe and VERY clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and had no issues. Love that they had three rooms with king beds, even though the house is relatively small. The room in the back can be closed off by a hallway door that limits noise from the little living room area off the front door which was nice. While the cottage is 'dated' in terms of the bathrooms, water pressure, etc. the listing was incredibly accurate and we were looking for this type/level of stay so it was absolutely perfect. You can park a vehicle parallel right in front as long as it is not too large, otherwise given we had two vehicles there was actually a free lot we found on Google that was less than an easy mile walk away at Fort/Olivia. We left one vehicle here the whole time with no issues.

Loved the house itself. Great location. So quiet even being a block off Duval. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the beds were pretty comfy. However, the coffee pot, iron, and hot tub were not working. We reported it to vacasa. The iron was replaced that day, but we got another non-working coffee pot and the hot tub didn't get addressed until halfway through our stay. The house could definitely use some updating as there are some rusted, broken, and dinged up areas, especially in the bathroom. Not having a vacuum or broom and dust pan was also kind of gross because we had no way to sweep up hair, sand, and dirt as the week progresses.

Great location on the south end of Duvall st, everything is walkable even at night. Listing was accurate, the property was clean, and the host was extremely quick to respond to any issues. 4 out of 5 stars only because we had some issues with the AC and the unit was 80 degrees at night when we came in after the first night but the host was quick to send an HVAC technician and supply a portable AC to help get us through the rest of the stay. Good location, would happily stay there again and while not a large property it was great for six people since we were only inside at night to sleep and explore the island during the day.

This house was perfect for me and my family. Has lots of charm and ample square footage for 4 people

The house was clean and located in a great location. It is perfect for a long weekend get away. The only drawbacks were 1. There isn’t really a real kitchen. There is a burner and a toaster oven, but it would be hard to cook a whole meal. 2. There is no washer and dryer. Neither of these things mattered to us, as we were only there for 3 nights, but it could be a problem if one were staying for an extended stay. We would definitely rent this house again.

The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Only issue was not having the correct coffee filters so we ended up going out each morning to get coffee. Owner should supply the coffee filters especially given the special kind they take.

The house was super cute and the back yard very nice! The house was clean and comfy. I know the place is older, but it could use updating and more storage options for clothes as there are no closets. The hot tub was very relaxing and the area of town was quiet. (Except the very loud garbage truck at 6 am Monday morning...but that's life!) Our main complaint was the very low water pressure that was in both showers! Barely a trickle! (That could be easily improved with newer shower heads) and the slider door on the back shower didn't stay on very well. Another suggestion is to get a regular size coffee pot! With 6 people in the house, the tiny 4 cup coffee pot was not enough! (Also its a Cuisinart...so that needs a special filter) Good news, there is an amazing Cuban coffee place a block away :) Overall I loved the house! It just needs a few improvements!

It was centrally located. Our problem checking g in was that code was wrong. We had to call and someone came to change the code for us.

The house was clean, decorated nicely, and the key pad on the door made entry super easy. The backyard was a nice feature as was the hot tub. Close to everything! It was the perfect place to stay, and will rent it again in the future.

This is a nice clean little house close to Duval. Walking distance to just about anything. This was our 2nd stay here. Beds are comfortable. The only issue is with the bedrooms and lack of anywhere to store clothing. No closet, dresser, shelf etc. So living out of luggage is only option. So it would be nice if there were at least a little cabinet. Also would be nice if they put a mirror in the bedrooms. Other than that, it was a convenient and comfortable place to spend time in Key West.
