very peaceful, very friendly staff, lovely food, comfortable beds, and easy location to the old city perfect !!!

would’ve liked to have had milk in the bedrooms like soya or oat milk … and the option of an evening meal would’ve been nice .. especially on arrival 

Great location, free parking, very accommodating with luggage storage while we roamed the city before check in and after check out, comfy room, great breakfast!

I wish there was complimentary water, fridge and iron with board, which were missing in the room.

We had a phenomenal 4 night stay here! For us, location was perfect! 15 minute walk to Jaffa Gate, 5 minutes to the closest bus stop, stunning views of the old city from the upper and lower terraces, though far enough out to be quiet at night. breakfast was superb with a wide variety of dishes in Israeli style, varied from day to day. Rennovated 1920s building but all rooms very clean and well appointed, if a bit basic. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Great location for access to the Old City, walking distance to restaurants that were open on shabbat, good breakfast included, free parking and the rooms were clean and just the right size. And the staff were all friendly and helpful.

No elevator and no mini-fridge in the room.

great location - lovely rooms - been a upgrade since last time - but I think now is twice the price to stay - I stated dietary needs in first day but only some were fulfilled for some reason a chef was buying alternative milk herself and not from Hotel Budget - that doesn’t seem right and then she forgot to bring it to work
