Giuseppe and Nico were fantastic, our sat nab took us to the wrong location but a quick call to Giuseppe and he had us back on track. Upon arrival, both Giuseppe and Nico showed around the property and gave us full instructions on how things worked. They also gave us some vital information like where local shops were and bars and restaurants etc.. We had a couple of occasions to call Giuseppe and both times he was extremely helpful. The villa itself was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for all 9 of us. The kids loved the pool. The area surrounding the villa was great for us, just a 5-10 min walk to the beach where there are some restaurants, cafes and bars. Overall would recommend

11 of us stayed here for 10 Days to celebrate our father’s 70th birthday. Communication before our arrival was brilliant, Giuseppe was able to meet our special request to check in early due to an early flight which was so helpful. We had a great tour of the villa when we arrived, it is absolutely stunning and surpassed the pictures. The outdoor area is just fantastic, ideal for the beautiful weather. Inside and outside is immaculate and everywhere was really comfortable. We loved cooking outside, using the BBQ and the pool is a great size and lovely to cool off in, as was the outdoor shower which is perfect after a day in the sun. Gardens and other seating areas are large and really safe for children, there is even a ping pong table to use. We had a couple of trips to the nearby beach and enjoyed pizza takeaway from the Capannina, and jumped on the train to Syracuse from the station which is 5 minutes walk from the villa. It really is perfect and we would love to return. Thank you so much Giuseppe and family for such a wonderful stay and especially helping to arrange a beautiful birthday cake for us, hopefully we will see you again!

Che dire!....Tutto perfetto ad iniziare dalla funzionalità delle villa, della sua posizione nel contesto turistico (15 minuti da Siracusa, 20 da Noto e 40 da Marzamemi) e dalla disponibilità del proprietario Giuseppe sempre presente per eventuali problemi e pronto a darti consigli per la vacanza. Abbiamo soggiornato in 12 ma si poteva stare anche in più persone.... la camere sono grandi e pulite, ci sono ampi spazi all'aperto che rendondo il soggiorno splendido. I PLUS sono la piscina privata molto grande con doccia esterna e la cucina esterna (dotata di tutto dal forno a legna alla griglia a gas) che ti invita a cucinare anche se non vorresti perché sei in vacanza! Il tutto ubicato in un contesto residenziale molto tranquillo a 5 minuti dallo splendido mare trasparente di Fontane Bianche con spiaggia di sabbia. La sera non ci sono divertimenti nelle vicinanze ma Ortigia dista solo 15 minuti! Grazie Giuseppe per il soggiorno indimenticabile e sono convinto che in futuro saremo senz'altro di nuovo tuoi ospiti. Un saluto da Alfredo e i suoi amici!

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit sehr viel Platz drinnen und drum herum. Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern da und haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt. Guiseppe hatte uns freundlich empfangen und war bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Sehr praktisch wegen der Kleinkinder war, dass der Pool-Bereich abgesperrt werden konnte. Außenküche und Grill haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Zimmer haben merkwürdig hohe Schränke, aber hübsch und modern und gute Betten. Feine frei zugängliche Sandstrände sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auch wenn die Straßen selten Gehsteige haben, ließ sich der Weg mit den Kindern gut machen. Alles in allem waren wir mehr als zufrieden.

We would however definately recommend a visit to Mount Etna which was about an hours drive and spectacular. Also Siracusa has many great places to see ie the Greek ampitheatre and Ortigia. In all, a fabulous holiday, we would definately love to return in the future and would 100% recommend this villa. Thank you again Guiseppe and family!

Virkelig lækkert hus med de skønneste udearealer - overdækkede områder, skønt poolområde og fantastisk udekøkken, hvor stenovnen blev brugt til at lave pizza. Imødekommende og venlig vært. Vi har elsket vores ophold.

Villa veramente molto bella. Completa di tutto quello che serve per una vacanza comoda serena, sia per grandi e piccini.

La villa è fantastica attrezzata di tutto e curata nei minimi particolari, la pulizia eccellente. Il proprietario una persona meravigliosa sempre disponibile.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wenn etwas im Haus nicht mehr funktionierte (z.B. Duschkopf in der Dusche), hat der Gastgeber dies am Folgetag reparieren lassen. Auch sonst waren die Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit. Die Villa mit dem Pool ist sehr schön und die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut. Die Strassen in der Umgebung sind leider nicht sehr freundlich für Fussgänger. Wir sind jedoch trotzdem immer sicher inklusive Kinderwagen am Zielort angekommen. Die Strände sind nahe und schön. Wir können die Villa auf jeden Fall wärmstens empfehlen.

Nous étions 2 familles, 4 adultes et 5 enfants. Nous avons passer une très bonne semaine de vacances grâce à la maison de Guiseppe qui est très fonctionnelle. L'extérieur est très bien agencé avec des espaces de détentes aménagés tout autour de la maison. La piscine est bien placée et dispose de parties ombragées tout au long de la journée. La cuisine extérieure est fonctionnelle. Elle dispose de plaques à gaz, d'un barbecue et même d'un four à pizza pour lequel une réserve de bois est mise à disposition. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal. 5 mn à pied des plages de Fontane Bianche, 25 mn de Syracuse. L'arrêt de train à moins de 5 mn permet d'aller à Syracuse sans prendre la voiture. Toutefois, pour profiter de la région, il est préférable d'en louer une. La qualité de l'accueil de Guiseppe et sa disponibilité sont aussi un plus dans l'attractivité de cette location. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Ferieboligen innfridde virkelig våre forventninger.!! 4 store og romslige + et litt mindre soverom. Et av rommene var ute, ved utekjøkkenet. Et lite minus at det lille soverommet ikke hadde airkondition, men vifte. Kjøkken + utstyr, bad, dusj etc. var praktisk og fungerte godt. Høydepunktet for alle var det supre svømmebassenget der vi koste oss masse! Alle måltider ble inntatt rundt det store bordet ute i skyggen. Flere av oss hadde mye moro med bordtennis på kveldstid. Boligen var godt egnet for en stor familie med både store og små. Stor fin hage og god plass til alle. Beliggenheten er unik. Det er gåavstand til strand, apotek, butikk, kafeer, restauranter, samt tog og bussforbindelser i umiddelbar nærhet . Vi hadde flere turer med det helt spesielle toget til Siracusa, som er en spennende og spesiell by. Det er også korte avstander (innen et par timer) til både Ragusa (bør sees) og Taormina, Etna og Savoca (innspilling av Gudfaren). Det ligger et flott vingård (Cantine Pupillo) ca 17 km nord for Saracusa + et flott badeland i samme område - Vi fikk god hjelp fra huseiere ved et par anledninger. De var imøtekommne og serviceminded, og gjorde alt for at vi skulle ha en fin ferie! Vi er sååå fornøyd med turen vår til Fontane Biance og huset i Via Polimnia:)

Giuseppe's villa is really lovely and everything about our stay was pretty much perfect from the start. Giuseppe was very friendly and met us at the villa when we arrived. The description of the villa is accurate. It is on a quiet road, not far from the beach, restaurants, and the train station. The villa itself was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room (we were three couples). We spent a lot of the time at the villa in the generous outside area. There is an outside kitchen with a pizza oven (Giuseppe even brought us wood for it!) that was easier to use than we thought. We had hire cars, but the villa is a short walk from the train station, which goes to Ragusa and Siracusa. Our thanks to Giuseppe for a lovely stay :)

We found the property, including swimming pool to be in excellent condition and everything was perfect. We mentioned to the owner that being English we like our cup of tea and an electric kettle would be useful! Otherwise a perfect holiday for us. The beach nearby was perfect!

Das Haus ist in einem super tollen Zustand! Super sauber, und toll ausgestattet! Die aussenküche ist grandios! Und der Pool ein echtes Highlight! Wir könnten nichts negatives finden! Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und haben auch sonst mit Tipps rund um den Urlaubsort weiter geholfen! Leider ist der Strand nicht ganz so schön um so besser ist es dann wenn man so ein tolles Anwesen bewohnt!

We stayed in this lovely house for a week. First of all we got great help from Guiseppe before our stay. It was easy to reach him and he answered all possible questions we had. We arrived quite late to Fontane Bianche and Guiseppe with family waited for us at the entry of the house. He, together with english speaking Nico, showed us around and explained all facilities of the house. In comparison with the pictures on the website the house exceeded our expectations. We travelled 3 families togehter (7 adults and 3 kids) and had plenty of space. Most of the time was spent outside in the garden and pool area. The pool was great, big and easy to access. Plenty of chairs and nice places to sit and enjoy sun as well as shadow (in addition to this, it was a happy surprise that most rooms had air condition which helped quite a lot during siesta time). The outdoor kitchen was great, we had breakfast at home and could use both fridges for storage. Some of the nights we prepared the dinner at home and could use both the barbecue and the gas stove. The kids had plenty of space to run around and some afternoons they (as well as the grown ups :-) ) played table tennis. During our stay we had a couple of questions and got quick answer from Nico via WhatsUp. We are all very pleased and would love to come back. The location of the house was good. Fontane Bianche was a relative quiet village (but still with some possibilities to eat, drink, buy bread and some smaller things, go to the beach) so our recommenation would be to rent a car to travel around to the lovely beaches in the south, the great cities of Siracusa and Noto or to Cassibile to buy food. Once again, we would be happy to go back to this amazing house and would recommend it to any other guests in the future. We were 3 families (6 adults, 7 children from 9 to 17) and we spent a fantastic time in the villa for 7 days. Giuseppe and Nico warmly welcomed us and took much of their time to explain everything in the house and the neighbourhood. They remained available all time by phone for any specifics (where to find a doctor, troubles with the wi-fi which they fixed in less than 12 hours). Of course this area of Sicilia is very hot (I mean hot...) but the swimming-pool and the outside shower were a great way to fresh us up. The villa is great to live in, with much outside spaces : even though we were 13, we never felt crowded. Special mention for the little independent house by the pool for our teenagers and to the outside kitchen with an oven for pizzas ! The location is very safe in a calm environment, very close to the one of the best beach of the area (less than 10' walking), 20 minutes driving from Syracuse. At last, a great starting point to visit Noto, Modica, Ragusa... Don't hesitate !

The property is extremely well maintained and was spotless. The facilities are just as described with a true reflection in the photo images. Guiseppe and Nico were very welcoming and spent time with us showing us around the accommodation and showing how everything worked. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure we knew how to find the station, shops beach and even a large taxi to take us anywhere if needed. they made us feel more like friends than clients. all through the booking stage they kept us fully informed and always replied quickly. The swimming pool is large and certainly made a difference staying in the heat of July. The train station is a short 5 minute walk from the property with a regular service to Syracusa where you can catch more trains or buses around Sicily. we had not hired a car and found it very easy to get around. The local shop 5 minutes walk from the villa stocks a good range of produce and is open from 7 am to 10 pm daily . we used the beach at night after 6pm and swam in the clear warm water the depth is shallow for quite a distance and was perfect for our 10 year old granddaughter. we tried 2 restaurants both were good but preferred to buy fresh produce and use the outdoor kitchen at the villa.the fish market in syracusa is excellent and cooked beautifully on the barbecue at the villa. I would definitely recommend this property.
