Adrian is a very friendly host and readily available to help or answer questions. The small shared kitchen is sufficient for the number of guests and a nice amenity. WiFi worked pretty well throughout my stay, including streaming Super Bowl live with only a few short issues.

There is no shared common area (with exception of small kitchen) and the rooms are small. I had a private room with king bed, but it took up the entire room. I had to work on my computer sitting in bed. I could also hear the restaurant sharing the building until 11pm or later each night, but my room was directly above it.

Great location. The kitchen has everything you need and staff were friendly.

At night the area was noisy and this filtered in to our room.

It is not as represented on the site. Very basic, not very comfortable. Tiny kitchen slightly grubby. Didn't feel like preparing anything there. I wouldn't recommend.

My husband and I are cycle touring and stayed one night at Hosteria Futaleufu, though we were tempted to stay longer! We had a roomy corner private room with a great view, breakfast was delicious (included eggs which hasn’t been the case for many other hostels), WiFi was very fast, bathrooms were clean and we were easily able to store our bikes in the restaurant attached to the hostel. Adrian was super helpful and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely go back!
