It was a great weekend. We enjoyed the view and the space inside the unit, was great for us. Would have enjoyed the balcony better if it wasn't so hot outside this weekend. Great location for couples or a family. Can definitely see ourselves booking this unit again.

Place was just as described. It was so clean and comfortable, probably the best bed I've ever slept on in the master. We enjoyed the excellent view of the water from the back deck over a few cocktails. Great restaurants in the immediate area and it was an easy drive to downtown and the race track. Even had real toilet paper and not the cheap stuff! If I'm nitpicking I would say it could have used some coffee and basic cooking items - oil, salt and pepper, and a few basic spices. Host is excellent and provided perfect communication. Hope to return some day!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My mother called it a piece of paradise, reminiscent of having a water view condo in Seattle. Perfect view, relaxing, and a great location.

Stairs hard to climb for seniors like us & folding tables would be nice as there is only one place near large sofa to set anything. 2 boards on stairs need repair not enough hot water.

The property is in a great location. You do not have travel far to get to downtown Hot springs for shopping, spa or hiking. It is also close to the state parks and the marinas are close by too if you want to be on the lake for a day. I like that it was in a gated complex. My sister and I had a lot of fun!!

Condo overlooks Lake Hamilton--beautiful sunsets. Unit was very clean, everything you need included. Andrea was very helpful and fast to answer questions. Thank you for a wonderful respite!!

The condo was just like pictured. Very beautiful, gorgeous view of Lake Hamilton. Nice location. Was able to get downtown for dinner/attractions very easily and most places were accessible in under 10-15 minutes. Only reason for not 5 stars was that the condo did have an ant issue, not the owners fault with the hot Arkansas weather, however the owner was very easy to contact and apologetic so that we could address the issue.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean. Easy check in and check out process. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Communication with Andrea was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this place.

First time to Lake Hamilton and stayed at the perfect spot. Could see our boat while inside the condo and also see if anyone was at the pool. Very comfortable place!

This condo was perfect for our family summer vacation, we absolutely loved it! Very clean, patient great location both in town and on the water. The property was great as well! We will be staying here again.

This was an amazing condo! Very clean, lots of space, comfortable furniture and beds, it’s was beautifully decorated! The owners were amazing and super easy to contact and communicate with. Close and easy access to the boat slip! We will definitely be coming back to stay here again!! You won’t be disappointed when staying here.

We had a great time at the condo and the lake. Great access to the lake and the slip! The pool was less than clean but not the owners fault. The storm knocked out power briefly which I believe had something to do with the cleanliness of the pool. The pool guys were there when we left! Everything else was amazing!

Our first time visiting Lake Hamilton and this condo was very well maintained and close to everything. The boat slip was convenient to have as we rent a pontoon boat from the marina next to the property. Views of the sunset from the condo was out favorite part of the trip!

So close to everything we wanted to do, but so many amenities you didn’t want to leave! Clean, well appointed and comfortable with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the amazing lake view. Andrea was so helpful and accommodating- we couldn’t have asked for a better place to get away and have some fun. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The Kahuna Bay Marina is just a few doors down and had very nice, powerful party barges. We rented a tube as well and the kids had a blast. There is a boat slip as well so that made it very easy to run up to the room for a bathroom break,food, etc. Super comfortable beds and pillows. There is a community pool and tennis courts right outside the door of the condo. A nice balcony where I say every morning and watched the geese and boats. We would definitely stay here again.

As the title states home away from home. They had everything we needed provided for our stay. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book again.

We used this condo in March. It was a nice quiet facility. The inside was decorated nicely and the furniture and beds were Very comfortable. The layout of the condo was very open and provided a great view of the Lake from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. We spent many nights just sitting on the balcony and visiting while enjoying the view. Everything was provided as far as kitchen ware. The waffle iron was a pleasant surprise since we love making waffles in the morning. Detergents, paper towels and toiletry items were also made available. The condo was a close distance from the downtown area with many activities and beautiful sites to see. This was our second time vacationing in Hot Springs, but the first time within this condo. We would love to revisit and make this condo as a place to stay again.
