The Condo was a nightmare. The ac was dripping and I mean we have to wipe it fromtime to time because it's really flooding. Nglagay kmi ng timba pra mkpahinga nmn. Then next is the water heater in the toilet is broken. The hot water is spilling onthe floor khit wla nmn lumabalabas n hot water s faucet. The electric kettle is not working. The drinking water nmn, ilang beses n ko bumaba s front desk pra sbhin n mgppdliver kmi tubig. Hanggang s umuwi kmi ndi ndeliveran un unit ng drinking water. Kmi ang bumili s labas. Pinakagrabe itong expirience nminn to. The unit is CAROLA B room 502..

I like the room! Very spacious and has all the essentials that I need!

The water is rusty, there are 2 LARGE cockroaches that I am dreadfully afraid of (I have a clinical phobia on this so after the incident, I was not able to sleep well at all..) luckily there is an insect killer spray.. :'l No guaranteed parking at the same building where your room is booked, free parking will be on another building few blocks away so you can ride a trolly or walk

1. The water from the faucet has smell and color. 2. I understand that we need to check out at 12pm but the host keep informing us that we need to pack-up earlier. Also, we're still inside the room and not yet even 12pm but they started to ask us to leave in able for them to clean the room, but we asked them to wait for awhile. 3. There's hidden charges. Each person need to pay for the entrance fee upon arrival that's why on their ads you need to bring extra money. Tho, the host infromed us thru email before we got to the location.

There was a big cockroach the one you find living in the canals. There was no available pest killer. The veranda had a stinky smell, found out that there were birds living inside the outside exhaust, causing their filth to pile up and cause the unpleasurable smell

the staffs were very rude kinda judgemental. You can just tell by the way they look at people and respond to them. I’m not from here, I live in the UK and would say I travel a lot. I like to dress very simple no shiny jewellery. Just how the staffs would look at my outfit they would instantly base my class base on my attire which is ridiculous. They ignored us over those who dress very fancy when there’s really no dressing code in the area. We were also stuck inside the condominium in the middle of the night, decided to call for help however the person on the other side of the phone was very rude shouting over me and has the audacity to call me rude. He spoke to me as if I’m not capable of opening the door, locking it and so on. He was lecturing me about my key when the key was an issue here but my door. He then decided to drop the door without resolving the issue which was very bad. Have reported the issue to the host however the host did not take any action. Not even an apology.

Location is just perfect. The short walk to the beach is very pleasant and relaxing. The place feels safe and the staff are courteous. Room shower experience exceeded my expectations. Considering it was on the 5th floor, the water pressure was sufficient and the water heater was much appreciated.

Some minor things that could be improved... 1) The door to the room needs to be adjusted/shaved because it was hard to open and close. 2) Water dispenser had an empty round container on it. When we were about to put a refilled container, there was some kind of insect nest inside. Maybe it has not been used in a while.

I really love Pico de Loro. This is our go-to-place since 2013 whenever my wife and I visit the Philippines from the USA. We love the designs and comfort of the condos that we rent here from time to time and not to mention the amenities that this wonderful place has to offer. However, this recent visit of ours was a horrible experience. To be honest, I couldn't mention anything nice about the condo that we rented.

First off, I was very happy to find a condo that will accomodate 6 of us plus 2 puppies for the weekend of June 10-12, 2022. It says that the place allows pets so we decided to bring our puppies here with us. Everything went well at the beginning. Booking went smooth and all information (guest names, age, number if pets) were provided. We even requested for an early check-in of 8am and a late check-out of 3pm and all of these requests were acknowledged and approved. Late morning of June 9th, on the day before our trip to Pico, I received a message from the condo owner and this is when everything went downhill... - The owner told us at the very last minute that only one pet is allowed in his unit as per Pico de Loro policy. (Why did he agree about the 2 puppies at the very beginning when this is the policy?) - We were charged extra 1,500php for each guest as a resort fee on top of the 11,000php that I paid for the rental of his condo. (I don't know if this is how Pico does it now with guests but this owner should've informed me right at the beginning.) - The promised 8am early check-in didn't happen. We were waiting at the lobby for hours and we were allowed to go in the unit at 1pm. Some of the food that we brought went bad because we weren't able to put it in the fridge on time. - This smart unit owner told us days before our trip that gas range, microwave, water dispenser, kitchenware, pots and pans, towels and wi-fi are available in his unit... Guess what??!!!! There were only 2 towels that were provided and as per the caretaker the owner should have known it. Also, the kitchen sink is clogged that they have to request a maintenance guy to come up our unit to fix it. The microwave oven and rice cooker is not functional. The water dispenser was not cleaned that when we used it, there were dirt and dead bugs coming out!!!!, There was no WI-FI!!!!

Our condo was perfect. Clean, big enough to accommodate our family. Two adults and three kids. The staff in charge of helping us were kind and friendly. The beach was amazing. Beautiful. The bar at the beach was great, aside from the overpriced menu. But your at a beach, so we let it slide, and the food and drinks were OK.

The condo itself it's 9/10. The beach is 10/10. Any mark down is on everything else. Advice for future guests.... .""Bring lots of food and cook in your well facilitated condo!!!""" The facilities outside the condo were not as amazing as expected. The restaurants on site were all overpriced and underwhelming. I got food poisoning from a stir fry tofu dish on the first night, In Lagoa Restaurant in the country club. When I tasted it I knew it was a bit more sour than normal. I ate a few bites and decided to not eat anymore. Went back to our condo and I had diahrea and vomiting and a sleepless night. Medics came, and thankfully they were very helpful. But the restaurant were not very apologetic the next day. Didn't seem to care. Gave my wife a banana to give me on my recovery. Nothing about perhaps refunding me an already overpriced meal. I don't like confrontation so we didn't escalate things and just tried to enjoy the next day as much as we could. We ate in Pico Restaurant the next night. We didn't get food poisoning which was a plus. The food was OK, nothing amazing, nothing to complain about, aside from the price and the smell of sewage which ruined any small bit of ambience the place had. The smell was almost unbareable. Someone said it was the smell of stagnant water from the man made lake, but, defo smelt like human waste to me, either way, not a discussion you want to have when paying a fortune for a mediocre meal with your family when already struggling to hold down food from having food poisoning the night before. So again, won't ever be a five star location. Bring lots of food and cook in your condo!!! Also don't go by the opening/closing times of any facilities from the brochure, coz the brochure was completely different to what was reality. (not a big issue, but difficult to find out the hard way when planning a day with three excited children only to be disappointed.
