absolutely love this place. Spotlessly clean, polite courteous staff. The property is very old and is priced accordingly. But it is very beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic and if you order food Anna will cook for you and it is magical. I will definitely come here again. The previous week we stayed in a five star hotel in Ragusa wish is far worse than this. Highly recommend it

Everything. Wonderful surrounding, delicious breakfast with home-made pastries, kitchen well equipped, super garden with clean swimming pool. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

One of the bathrooms opened feom the kitchen and had a glass door.

The authentic genuine rustic charm of the place, and the excellent breakfast. The breakfast lady was really nice. The quietness of the area and the beautiful garden were an extra bonus.

Lack of cutlery and plates in the kitchen (we were 4 and there was only 1 knife and just 2 pasta plates). Warm water was a bit of a problem too, but we managed just the same.

A unique property in an old, rural mansion. The apartments are cosy and comfortable. Perfect for a family holiday. People who run this place are very nice and helpful. Delicious breakfast!

The overall location is really beautiful and out of time. The garden and the building are gorgeous. The dinner and breakfast are really good and worth every euro we paid, local food and recipes, we loved it. The place is super well located, easy to park, the pool area is nice, even if it was too cold to swim (october)

The only but major problem was our room. We had room number 5 and it cannot be compared with the modern rooms you can see in this website. Our cooking area was not super clean, the bathroom was a bit smelly, no windows you could open, really dark atmosphere. The beds were noisy, and there were a lot of mosquitos, too many of them. We did put a lot of repellent, but nevertheless we woke up with too many bites. We left after our second night, we had 3 nights booked, we couldn't stand to have one more nights with our baby being bitten.

It was very good. The host was really nice and friedly. The apartment was super big, equipped with a lot of stuff - a big kitchen, two bathrooms, two double beds and two single, a couch, a very big table, two patios from two different sides of the building. Breakfast was exceptional - a lot of different really tasty things. The swimming pool was good and clean.

Wi-Fi didn't work in the apartment, only outside, on a patio. Also it would be better if it was more windows (or larger windows) in the apartment.

Magic athmosphere, wonderful old property with amazing views on the countryside, wonderful hospitality, great typical Sicilian meals by chef Anna (available on demand). One needs to adapt to its simplicity to enjoy this very authentic place.

This place is beautiful and very unique. Every apartment has its own terrace. Apartment is well equipped and very stylish. You can feel the Italian vibe there. The swimming pool and garden are very nice. The neighbourhood is quite, you can really relax there. I recommend that place if you want have a rest and be close to the nature. The owner and personnel are super kind and helpful.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived a little late and they had kept some food and drink for us. Breakfast was lovely, pool was great, accommodation very atmospheric, with thick stone walls and high ceilings. Farm house is in stunning, quiet countryside, ideal for relaxing. It's only a short drive to the historic towns of Modica, Ragusa and Scicli.

The accommodation would benefit from a more comfortable inside seating area.

We really loved the breakfast and dinners. We enjoyed the swimming pool, garden and the view. Diego was a great host! Modica is a great city to visit. The beaches and cities are nearby, it's worthwile to visit, but you need a car to reach these places.

We had an appartment where the grass was overgrowing our terrace.
