The property was really nice, relaxing and had everything we needed .
It was clean and nicely decorated with a homely feel. We very much enjoyed our time there. The Local Tavern only 3 minutes drive away was excellent, with very nice meals, but you must book in.
The general store opposite has lovely burgers and fish and chips. All in all a lovely getaway from our busy lives. Thank you , Mike and Kate.

This holiday house is comfortable and warm even on a cold winter's day and with 2 reverse cycle air conditioners should be cool in summer. The house is well equipped and the check in procedure straightforward. We found Rosemary, the host, very obliging amd responsive.

We had a very good stay. The house is nicely equipped. The living space with Tv is not ideal as there is not enough space for 4 people to sit comfortably. Fully enclosed backyard was perfect for our dog. The house is walking distance to the beach. Would stay again.

Great location, a quiet spot with only a quick walk to the beach! Comfortable and compact we loved our quick getaway, house was a perfect place for us, our 2 teenagers & was great to be able to have our dog with us. Thankyou Rosemary

We thought the house was cosy and we had a comfortable stay. We were so happy that we could bring our dog and would recommend the yard as suitable for a well behaved dog.

Rosemary Hooper is a great hostess. The linen was impeccable, the house really clean and inviting, and it was great that there was milk, tea, coffee and icy cold water in the fridge upon our arrival. The heating is great, although we didn't use it apart from one evening. The yard is very dafe for a disciplined dog. We had the best time here!!

The house was beautifully presented with lovely homely touches and an easy walk down to the great beaches and rock pools. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We even had an echidna visit which was lovely !

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Rosemary’s place and were very impressed with the cleanliness and how well provisioned the house was. It had everything we needed and more. The photos don’t do it justice as we found the house very ‘homely’ and well styled.
Communication with Rosemary was excellent and she responded quickly to all our enquires and requests.
We would definitely stay again next time we’re down at Cape Patterson.

My husband and daughter and my 10 year old twin grandsons spent a lovely 3 days at Rosemarys holiday house the place is very clean everything you need in there Rosemary the host was very accommodating overall we gave it 5 stars it’s everything the property lists

Spacious for myself, three teenagers and a dog. Had everything we needed. Lovely walk to cafes and beaches. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kids want to return next year.

Simple little beach shack, relaxing and clean. Good location, little more than 5 min walk to beach with kids in tow more like 10-15mins haha but you can hear waves from the house on the little deck at night
For those with dogs, fence is not entirely dog proof and neighbours, not sure if were renters or owners had dogs, the wire fence between them wasn’t really enough, we ended up buying some shade cloth and stakes for a makeshift fence to cover wire so dogs couldn’t put heads through and all was ok. Beautiful place and Rosemary wonderful to deal with, Thankyou for our first family holiday, with a newborn!!

This was our second summer stay here and we enjoyed it once again. It's a simple home but it's clean and tidy and all we needed in a beach house. Spent most our time out under the trees if we weren't at the beach. We'll be back!

Absolutely loved it here. The house was fantastic. We couldn't get the wifi to work unfortunately but with the beach so close we didn't need it. House was clean and tidy and perfect enough space for a family of adults.

Basic but comfortable, not quite like the pics. Kitchen amenities limited, and no ice tray. It’s the small things that count.

This suited us and our dog-child really well. 10 Minutes to the beach, good facilities and the bonus Chromecast allowed us to stream our normal services from our phone. Looking forward to another visit at some point.

We had a lovely stay. The house had everything we needed and we found it very clean. Our hosts were easy to communicate with. Bonus was pet friendly with a very secure yard.
Locality wise it was very close to beach and all sight seeing.

We had a fantastic holiday stay at Rosemary’s place! The location is perfect, just a short drive to the beach with rock pool. The place is impeccably clean, and the communication with the owner was superb. Best of all we were able to bring along our furbaby coz the place is pet friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Again, such a lovely, calming and relaxing break from hectic city life. A gorgeous cottage that is perfect for everything, even with a rainy day. And our little dog loved it too!
