My family and my sister’s family enjoyed a WONDERFUL eight days at El Mirador De Pedregal. The location was perfect. It was a quick walk to the marina where there is tons of restaurants and shopping. Janette came every morning and cleaned the house top to bottom. I had no idea that this was included. It was amazing. We tipped her really well because she was awesome. The house is set up perfectly with each large bedroom having their own bathroom with shower. There was an additional powder room for when your hanging out in the living room. The pool was amazing!!!! I saw pictures of it online, but you never really know from pictures. It was better than I thought it would be. It was really big and all eight of us could swim/play in there comfortably. It was 10 feet deep in the middle so all of us were jumping from the steps above into the pool. It was an absolute blast. The town of Cabo was great, but we really loved hanging at the house because it was AMAZING!!!

We have stayed in 5 or 6 different homes on Pedregal over the years. This was by far the worst experience. The pool is missing tiles (not just a few, a LOT). The grill didn’t work and we had to buy a new one so we could grill as planned. The upstairs master didn’t have hot water the whole stay. Turns out the faucets may be swapped, they never bothered to mention this until the 3rd complaint. That room also had issues with the AC. Night 1 the room was so hot the guests had to sleep in a different room. And we had to buy a fan at Walmart so they could maintain a comfortable temperature even after maintenance came to fix the unit. When we arrived there was a leak in the AC unit in the downstairs master and our room was flooding…. The housekeeper who came daily was the only highlight of the stay. The homes is outdated, which we could deal with, but the pool was in terrible shape and the home obviously needs some maintenance. We would not stay here again.

Fantastic view. The property is a little dated, but well maintained and quite functional. We would definitely consider it again in the future.

This place is really cool. Lots of space, 4 big bedrooms with ensuites on each bedroom, comfortable beds, daily cleaning service, great pool and the cabana is key to get some refuge from the hot sun. The stairs down to the pool can be something to keep in mind if you have small kids, as there is no railings. Awesome views of the Marina and the ocean. We would definitely recommend to others!

The property is a bit of a hike from the main drag but totally worth it for the view and pool area. We spent on cabs $15-25 per way which adds up quickly so consider that in your budget. You may walk down but not want to walk up. The house was plenty big for 4 guests and felt very private with the bedrooms well spread out. There is a casita style bedroom off the pool deck. The house had all the necessities. We were a bit confused about the check-in process and the house should have a welcome guide with basic info.

Our first visit to Cabo and this Villa made our trip! Plenty of space and levels for the six of us to hang out and celebrate Christmas. Best 360 views from this location. Authentic Cabo vibe decor and each bedroom felt like it’s own private suite. Well stocked kitchen and grill were key for making meals. Walks up and down the hill to get into town are about 20 minutes. The Pedregal community is friendly and guards at each entrance made us feel protected. The pool is not heated and the water was chilly to swim in for December. We can genuinely give this house and the service we received a 5 out of 5 rating. If we come back to Cabo, we can only hope this exact house will be available.

Amazing place. View is awesome. A cleaning staff every day was a huge bonus. Prompt taxi service to anywhere or walk down the hill to restaurants and bars and marina! Loved this place. Had every amenity needed for the group for a week! Thank you!!
