The property was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed. The property was within a short walk to the metro, convenient for getting to the inner city. The staff was extremely helpful, especially during my time of struggle. Paper maps helped me when my phone service was down, and Rémy helped translate some things for me. Overall, I’m very pleased with Hotel Vivaldi, and I will return in the future to this property that I trust.

It's super git and the hotel does no provide water to the guest. Didn't know any hotel.nowadays did not offer complementary water...not good. the room is also really small...can’t really do much more n there but be in bed

It is a bit of a trek to public transport, especially the metro. But doable - use Esplanade rather than La Defense.

Room was nice, it had a safe and air conditioning. Bed was really comfortable. Staff were really friendly and luckily spoke good English as my French is really bad. Lovely area, more locals staying but lots of flowers and places to eat.

whats not to like

it’s a small and quite hotel in a very nice location that feels like a small village where everybody knows everybody. yet it is right beside the busy La Defense business district. so you can have your business meetings and then relax in a friendly atmosphere. the metro stop is Esplanade defense and you need to walk 10 minutes to get to the hotel. the restaurant just next door to the hotel is amazing. top quality food prepared and served with love. The staff of the hotel is super efficient and very very kind. you feel like at home. Will definitely come back.

Great reception, friendly staff, nice breakfast, the room was small but comfortable, walking distance from metro, the neighborhood has a decent amount of grocery shops & restaurants, pharmacy and medical center nearby, many playgrounds for the kids, A/C in the room, very clean room and premises

The rooms are small so keep that in mind when you travel with kids (even for a family of 3 you might have to book 2 rooms if the kid is above 2 years old). Have a look on the kid policy.

I like breakfast with vegetables...tomatoes, cucumbers and fruits etc.... This was really missing. The rest was really fine. Great service, very helpful.

The room was clean with more than enough space for two people in the sleeping area. The location was also perfect as metro close to go directly to central Paris.
