Great location, perfect for kids with the bunk room and garage playroom. It's fairy close to many other properties so if privacy is important, I wouldn't recommend this spot (windows look into other houses, backyard open to other back yards, etc so the firepit is a bit awkward) We were two families celebrating thanksgiving and the kitchen was stocked pretty minimally so we needed to buy a lot from Safeway (like cookie sheets, tin foil, salt/pepper, a lot of basics). Overall recommend this house for families with young kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Suncadia at Icing on the Cake. The condo comfortably fit eight adults. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. Communication with the rental agency wa great and the check in process was easy.

The thing we loved most was the playroom garage. It was right off the kitchen. We were able to keep an eye on the kids while cooking/hanging out inside. The outdoor fire pit was great. Easy to turn on, wonderful heat. The downstairs master was a great size with closet that fit a pack and play. The bunk room upstairs was so cool for the kids with a Jack and jill Bathroom connecting to another room. We were able to put the kids to sleep in the bunk room and still Be close by in case they woke. There’s another bedroom with an AWESOME king bed. So cozy!The check out to dos were easy and quick! Good to know: there are no spices/oils/anything so pack your own or be ready to purchase at Safeway nearby. Bring something to cover the windows if you want a dark room for kids. (Installing blackout shades would be a huge help!) rooms are bright and my Kids struggled to go down/woke extra early. Oh and hot Tub would make this place THE BEST! Overall we had a great stay! Only reason I wouldn’t stay again was just bc we’d love a hot tub but otherwise loved the home!

The communication made this rental simple

We found the home to be very clean, well-equipped, comfortable beds (except the bunk beds) and in a nice area. Loved the home itself. The big disappointment was that we booked this home under the misunderstanding that 1) it has a hot tub (it doesn’t) and 2) that we would be able to use Suncadia’s pools and fitness center (you cannot, not even if you pay). I realized it was waaaaay at the bottom of the home description, but it should have been up front as we had many other places to choose from in the area that did have hot ribs on-site, and other amenities a bit more suited for teens. My fault for not reading every line of the description, but as a newbie to Suncadia, it seemed like a given that the community should have access. Had three very bored and bummed out teens as a result. If you have little kids, the garage is a great setup. If you have teens, and want pool access, rent somewhere else.

The ping pong table was great as was the outdoor fire pit. The location is nice however it is located very close to other houses which isn't a huge deal just know that the neighbors can see you and vice versa. The one thing about the house that is kind of off-putting is the amount of little signs everywhere telling you what you can and can't do. All the rules and information is located in the information book, as well as emailed to the renter. The signs are a little much. We would recommend the property. We'll be back.

Great location and clean house

We had a GREAT time staying at the property. Loved the extra touch of it being decorated for Christmas. Plenty of room. The Suncadia setting is awesome. Enjoyed our walks in the neighborhood. Only negative thing were uncomfortable beds in the bunk room. We realize they are probably intended for kids (we did not have any kids with us) but because of the sleeping needs in our group one of the adults needed to sleep in the room. Doubling up 2 mattresses helped.

Annual get together of friends who were all part of either Jobs Daughters, De Molay or Rainbow that has been happening for over 50 years. Great house to host the group for potluck meals. Parking was tough as the house would hold 10, but we only had 4 people. Only 2 parking places in drive and a ways to find another place to park. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE TALLER TOILETS so that you do not feel that you are falling into the toilet. Guess that tells our ages!! Would recommend.

Perfect getaway house; family play room was perfect, we didn’t have to bring any toys and our kids were entertained the entire time. Each room had a bathroom attached, very clean and comfy, felt like home. Loved the holiday decor. :) Responsive and friendly as well as informative, great people to rent from.

House is well appointed, great layout, reasonable check-out policy, not a lot of privacy but worth the trade-off with the convenient location (within walking distance to Swiftwater winery and recreation center)

This is a beautiful home. The property description is spot on. It had all the kitchen basics. Things I should have thought of when we shopped before were napkins, sandwich baggies, foil and cooking spray otherwise everything was provided. The garage set up for children play made it so much fun for our granddaughter and we didn't have to plan to take a bunch of toys with us. The location is perfect, close to the pathways, parks, winery and lodge. The scenery around the area is picture perfect. Will definitely come back! :)

No patio table was a disappointment. Also listing showed vacant lot next door which is the case. Overall a very good value land has a great playroom for younger kids. BBQ is quite small but kitchen well supplied with dishes etc

The property was well cared for but very close to other homes.

Booked this place with two other couples and our children. We picked this place mainly because of the toy room. Our kids loved it, though there were a lot of little pieces not suitable for the younger kids. The place was very clean. The upstairs rooms got a bit hot. The only downside was we didn’t have access to the suncadia pool, which seems is more suncadia resort’s rules than anything the owners could do. But access to the pool would’ve been awesome!

We stayed for about a week for a wedding we were attending in Roslyn. The house was clean and cozy. The kids loved the game room and it was a perfect central location in Suncadia. Highly recommend for families!
