Spotlessly clean and warm with a fire going all day. Sandie and Matt were lovely hosts and so helpful. They even bought my daughter some pencils and paper to colour with when they restocked their supplies. Juice, milk, tea, coffee, fruit, cereal and toast supplied for breakfast. Bus stop 50m away. Stunning views from the balcony. Comfortable lounge. Kitchen had everything you need.
Sadly no parking onsite! But totally ok as the bus dropped me next to the overnight parking and Sandie and Matt helped me with my things when unpacking the car (I could park in a neighbours driveway to unload) - I was travelling alone with a toddler.

Sandie and Matt manage the lodge and are very welcoming. This stay was very comfortable and the common areas were a great place to get to know other people and hear about all the activities they got up to during the day. 10/10 stay.

There are good choice of breakfast and fruits and very-well stocks of kitchen utensils. The lounge room with wood fire are very comfortable with beautiful mountain views. The staff (Sandie and Matt) are very friendly and helpful.
The room is a bit small for a family of us four.

The hosts Matt and Sandie are absolutely amazing people! Made our stay in Kosciusko!

The bushwalking, cleanliness of the area. Staff friendliness. The staff at the bike workshop where amazing and helpful. Staff at the mountain biking hire shop amazing as well. Medical team and care amazing too.
The high cost of everything, food at pub ridiculous portions for what you where paying. Limited activities option if you where not mountain biking or bushwalking.

Perfect comfortable accommodation for our family of 6. Fantastic facilities to enjoy cooking our own meals. Bonus use of washing machine and dryer included too. Would highly recommend the family room. Helpful staff.

kitchen is too good . nice living room . . 1 of the manager is very nice . always smile and help alot .
the staff . 1 of the manager was very rude (bald one) . unwelcoming . scolding at us because they thought i booked for 11 people instead of 15 adult . and always watching what we do . even mad at my 2y kid to keep him quiet behind my back . change his attitude while im around with my kid .

the managers and the location were fab. loved being in a lodge environment the faster bathrooms worked better than I thought. place was spotless and super well maintained
it’s a lodge. you can’t critique it as it been there for a long time and it provides a great option

The staff were very friendly and the whole lodge was extremely clean. The open fire each night in the main area was also really lovely.

Fantastic location, walk to the village and lifts by and close to shops and restaurants.
Could do with some additional signs to help first time visitors to locate the property.

Pretty basic setup nothing special
For the get go the manager Matt was rude and unwelcoming. He consistently talked to us a in a negative and degrading tone. Furthermore he made the females members of our group uncomfortable. The other members of the lodge at the time also felt the same away.

Staff - Sandie, Ian and Matt were fantastic. Always extremely helpful and kept the lodge and share bathrooms spotless. Fun share lodge experience, met some nice people. Easy mini bus service to the slopes.
Rooms are small and walls thin so if you are sensitive to noise you will struggle here. We found it all fine as we were out most of the time and for the main part the other guests were respectful.
