Gostei da organização do espaço / ambiente em geral. Quarto confortável, silencioso ...serviço e as informações/instruções muito claras quanto ao mesmo prestado (check-in, check-out, entrar e sair, etc) dando autonomia ao hóspede. Café da manhã razoável!

Café da manhã, fresco e montado na hora ao seu pedido, isso e ótimo! ...mas o pedido obedecia a uma pequena lista, apresentada na hora mesmo do café: quase uma dica do que tem a gente serve!

Cama, roupas de cama, limpeza.

Estrutura muito danificada, paredes sem pintura e reboco. Não é o que mostra na foto.

Los caños de luz están en caños en la Pared y dan patadas de electricidad . La ducha se entraba por el cuarto, no por el baño.

Do espaço do quarto e do banheiro. Não sei como, quando acordei o chão do quarto estava com muita agua.

We have stayed here on both our trips to São Paulo & absolutely love it. The location is divine- so close to many amazing restaurants with easy Uber rides to the bus station or airports or any locations in the city. The hotel has a great design and there is a beautiful patio courtyard. A typical Brazilian breakfast is included here but it’s also close (2 mins walk) to futuro refereterio which is a fun cafe for breakfast/lunch. The staff is friendly and attentive and even speak a little English! Highly recommend.

Entrance leading to lobby and walk to room walk was beautiful, full of plants, very green. Lovely open air kitchen/dining area. Room was cozy, lots of pillows. Big airy windows. Quiet street, peaceful sleep.

Room was pretty tight, but worked for us as we were out sightseeing most of the day. Breakfast of cheese & ham sandwich was not too exciting, lots of good restaurants in the area with better options.

I loved the location, the common areas, especially the back and front terraces with the beautiful planting and the general design of the hotel, plus the staff when they were there. The area felt relatively safe and was full of bars and restaurants and not far from anywhere. You can walk to such places such as Batman Alley.

I didn't seem to have a choice of breakfast - I was asked to order when I arrived and there seemed to be no opportunity to vary it. The fruit, eggs and coffee were good but I didn't enjoy the toasted sandwich. Also I didn't realise until late in my stay that when there was no one on reception and I needed help or advice that I could Whatsapp. It would have been great if this could have been explained as I felt a tad abandoned at times. Furthermore, as there are coffee making facilities in the lovely TV room it would have been great to have coffee/tea supplied. Finally I would suggest that you provide more coat hangers in the room. There was only one in mine and at least 6 would be great, particularly as the room can accommodate a couple, though you would be very tight for space with more than one person in the room.
