High quality of service and staff kindness were very much appreciated. Breakfast is really great. Hotel much recommended.

The apartment was clean, very spacious and modern. We really enjoyed our stay so much and I can highly recommend everything! I am pretty sure we will come back. Thank you very much for everything and the perfect stay!!!

Absolutely nothing!!!

This is an exceptional property, beautifully designed with no expense spared in the styling, decor and landscaping. The pool area is particularly special with lovely planting, little waterfalls, beautiful tiles/mosaics etc. There is a gym with we did not avail of and they also serve breakfast, lunch and drinks by the pool which is a great addition. We also loved that the property whilst in a quiet and peaceful spot is at the same time only a 10 minute walk into Otranto town. Otranto is a gorgeous and most interesting town.

Apartment was fresh and relatively new inside. Reception staff were friendly and approachable.

We stayed in April and it was still 5 degrees overnight. However, they wouldn't switch the heating on and only a thin comforter was provided for the bed. No dishwashing liquid and other necessities to cook provided in the kitchen which is a real pain when you stay only a couple of nights. We ended up leaving our dishes in the sink because there was nothing to clean them with! These small things were real dampener on our stay.

Our family loved our stay! The place is perfect and so well maintained. The staff are super nice and gave us the best places to eat and see. I cannot recommend this place more!

Very clean and new. Beautifully appointed. Not many apartments so not crowded. Private garden for the apartment. So quiet and very relaxing. The bed was huge and really comfortable. Staff spoke good English and it was easy to communicate. They were really helpful.

Add ons are quite expensive and the parking lots are insufficient for all guests. The hotel was far from full and another guest still managed to arbitrarily park in front of our car blocking it, because all the other lots were taken.

The arrival and departure arrangements were very professionally managed, the pool was beautifully clean though we never got round to using it and the garage security was excellent. The apartment was reasonably well equipped though the balcony was slightly small. All the staff were friendly and courteous and the restaurant recommendations from Viviana were much appreciated, as were suggestions for trips further afield. We would probably stay again if we were in the area.

There were a couple of small problems (one of which was a downstairs shower which refused to get warm) which didn't get attended to whilst we were resident. Although we reported the problems, they weren't repaired before we left so this was a little disappointing. Otherwise, our only other criticism would be that it is a little bit of an uphill slog walking back in the evening.

The rooms were new, spacious and had everything we needed including a lovely outside terrace overlooking the pool. We arrived late and the hotel had left us food which was a really lovely touch. Breakfast was lovely as well - lovely room and great coffee!

It is a bit of a walk into town but only 10/15 minutes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Borgo de li Santi - our apartment was well equipped, comfortable & immaculately clean. Only a 10-15 mins walk into the centre of Otranto (down 1 road) was ideal for us, allowed us to walk off some of the food / get our steps in. The staff were friendly, courteous and gave us 4 amazing restaurant recommendations and booked tables for us upon request. Thank you for having us!

couldn’t really find fault. excellent stay. From a business point of view a little hut near the pool serving coffees/ice creams and pastries could be a good idea . Not everyone may want to go to the restaurant. Just an idea

Really nice family owned inn. Very personalized hospitality by two sisters and their excellent staff . We arrived to a wonderful dinner and were treated to breakfast each morning . They helped us with many arrangements. They really went above and beyond . The facility is beautifully designed with a lovely pool area and small gym. When I checked out I was shocked at how Inexpensive it was . Truly a great value and an overall wonderful experience .

The location is a little out of the way for activities and visiting other towns. That said, we had a great time .

Having your own apartment with hotel amenities if wanted. Service was excellent, we were always directed to the best places to eat, beaches and boat tours. Location is close enough to town but far enough to get a bit of a break. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was great and appreciated having pool service as well.

The apartment was over two floors with lovely design features, very well equipped and a lot of room. There is a great swimming pool and poolside area. The restaurant for breakfast had a good selection at €15 per person. Very helpful staff especially Valentina.

Bedroom is underground with a large light shaft. The weather was not good when we visited so unsure if it would be a nicer feature during better weather.

Extremely friendly, nice and helpful owners. Great pool, comfortable, clear apartment, unique design. Enough place for relaxing. Good location: 6 minutes walk to the city center.

The only slight negative was that only a starter pack of soap and shampoo were provided. For the quality of hotel we would expect these to be provided throughout our stay. This did not, however, spoil our enjoyment of the hotel.

Beautiful location, spotlessly clean property and extremely helpful and friendly owners and staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we absolutely loved our stay there. We recommend and will visit again as Otranto is a charming place to visit, with high-quality restaurants and plenty of choice. The pool was fabulous - the pool area quiet and secluded and with a choice of pool or garden view rooms there is something for everyone. The finishings in the room were excellent, the kitchen extremely well equipped and all air-conditioned! Amazing trip and we look forward to returning in the not too distance future. Thanks to the team at Borgo de li Santi for making it such a magical, relaxing trip.
