the views are exceptional the accomodation is good- clean and all facilities that you need.

it is quite a long walk up to the property from the village. You need to be reasonably fit to manage the steep steps up from the village below - or you can walk along the road above the property - if you have a car you can park above the property and some steps to go down to the apartment. We are fit and able to do this - but would be difficult for anyone with walking difficulties. we did not have a car and managed to walk everywhere in the valley and mountains nearby.

The flat is a bit tight, but the terrace is really big.

What an absolute stunning view. What a way to wake up; watch the sunrise, while overlooking the valley and seeing Tenerife in the distance. Very clean and comfortable apartment. It has everything you need and we were even welcomed by a nice local present! Great, clear and fast communication.

Nothing bad to say about this accommodation. The only aspect we didn't take in consideration was that Hermigua is located in the north of the island. We were surprised by the cloudy days we experienced. Also, no evening sun on the balcony, for when we got home from a hike.

It got quite hot in the apartment when we stayed in August so we had to keep the door and windows open at night. The problem was that the next door neighbour's barbecue is next to the bedroom window and when they started burning wood late in the evening we couldn't keep the windows open.

The appartment was immaculately clean, spacious, with the promised beautiful view to the sea and far away Teide. Kitchen equipped with everything we could need - including things like salt, pepper, wipe clothes, and so on. WIFI worked without any problems. The owners are very responsive - questions via Booking were responded within a very short time. Instructions for key pick up were very thorough and clear. You can park easily along the street or a bit further up the road on a small parking. It's very quiet there - the building is at the outskirts of Hermigua, high above the center. Nevertheless, if you need fresh bread in the morning, the closest bakery is about 10 minutes walking down - a good morning excercise (yes, you need to climb up afterwards...)

We liked everything. However, for the future travellers, a small warning: there is no lift there and the stairs to the appartment are quite steep. If you have any mobility problems or very heavy luggage, that's something to be considered.
