Great stay in NOLA!! Apartment was clean and well supplied and had a beautiful esthetic. Owners were very easy to work with and provided great communication!

This was a great place to stay - walking distance to most everything we wanted to see/do in the French Quarter. Very clean and Michelle was very responsive to all our questions. A very minor down side is just how close it is to Bourbon Street. If you are into the night life scene, this is a perfect place to stay. We could faintly hear all the craziness that is Bourbon Street in the evenings. However, ear plugs worked great! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Staying in the heart of the French Quarter is a must. Easy, walkable activities with access to the streetcars very nearby this rental. You can park for your whole visit and not need your car!. March weather was fantastic over our short Spring Break trip. No flies or mosquitos. Such a charming city. The beds were comfy, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed.

Exellent location half a block from Bourbon Street. Loved the availability of parking only a block away at a very fair cost. We loved to be able to walk to Bourbon Street while having access to excellent restaurants a short distance away, and Frenchman Street only a short uber/lyft ride away. We can't say enough good things about our comminicatins with the apartment manager; everything is explained ahead of one's arrival and she was always a quick text away if we had any questions.

This place was nothing less than amazing! Super clean, stocked with all of your needs, with a view of the street! Festively decorated and so comfortable. The communication with the property owners was the best part! So friendly, hospitable, with precise instructions and tips for your whole trip! Will definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the pictures on VRBO do not do this gorgeous apartment justice, it truly exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, we were so close to the action, at the same time it was surprisingly quiet in the apartment. Michelle was so easy to communicate with, and we appreciated all of the personal touches. We can't wait to visit again!

This was exactly what we were looking for! It was close to everything we wanted to do. There were no noise problems. We all slept like babies! Michelle was available during the trip and very hands on before our trip to make sure we had everything we needed for thr stay. She was great! We will definitely look to stay here again if we come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! Fully furnished, clean and super cute! We were close to everything, so we didn’t have to use our vehicle but only one time to go to a spot that I really wanted to visit, that was some miles out. Other than that we walked all around and got to experience the great parts of the French Quarter, Bourbon street and surrounding areas with no problems. We really liked that we could do that and not be stuck in our vehicle trying to find spots. The host is amazing! She was great at explaining all the details of our stay and in constant contact with me if I had any questions. We would definitely book them again next time we visit the city! 😁

Very good area, nice to be in the Quarter. Does have a great vibe, could hear traffic and people on the weekend but would stay there again. The accommodations were excellent, wonderful place to stay.

First impressions : I loved the way it was furnished. It had all the necessities we needed.The building was kept clean & people were friendly. We felt safe. We were comfortable & had a great time. Some things needed fixing such as the faucets in the bath & the computer. We also had no access to local tv. I also found broken glass on the bedroom floor and had glass slivers in my feet three times.

First of all, I cannot say enough good things about our property owner, Michelle! She was thorough, prompt, polite and professional from start to finish. She responded to any questions we had almost immediately.
Our unit was warm and inviting. Especially loved the character of the exposed brick, old wooden beams and high ceilings. We had four people and the size was just perfect! Upon arrival, everything was very clean! Towels, blankets, and kitchen accessories were all well stocked. We loved the convenience of the in house washer and dryer. Michelle even had pods available for our laundry! The location was a few doors down from Bourbon street, right in the center of it all! Really, no need to have a car, however Michelle said for a low fee, parking was available. Building was safe and secure. Highly recommend!

From the phenomenal communication with the property manager Michelle to the attention to every detail, this was a great stay. If you want to be in the middle of it all, this is your place. It’s 1/2 block off Bourbon Street and close to everything! It is a safe and secure building that feels very open and spacious.We would de stay again.

The apartment is in a fantastic location in the French Quarter. It only took minutes to walk to restaurants, clubs, down to the river, etc. The apartment was very clean and included a washer/dryer which was very convenient. The price was amazing as hotels in the french quarter were going for two to three times what we paid for our stay in this apartment as well as a great rate for parking. The host gave very detailed instructions, lots of recommendations and was available via text instantly and we feel all of that really helped us to have an amazing time in New Orleans.

Location! Location! Location! Such a great place! Kind of hidden in plain sight. Bed is comfy and a handful of petty things like only a couple of coffee cups and no working multi cup coffee pot was the worst thing about it. Kureg was there but not so cost effective for my husband who drinks a lot of coffee. I let the owner know and before we reached home on our return flight, she had already had those things ordered for the next guests. There were plenty of towels and everything needed for dishes and basic shower/bath supplies. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels were supplied and not the cheap stuff.

There is no other way a family of 5 could have stayed so affordably just off Bourbon St. Location is phenomenal if you want to be close to the action of the French Quarter. With AC running, you can’t really hear much street noise at night in the bedroom, but you can hear more from the living areas, so if anyone will be sleeping in those areas, bring earplugs or a sound machine. Everything was just as advertised. Hope NOLA eventually eases the restrictions on short-term rentals, so renters can feel a little more at ease during their stay (we had no issues with this, but all the signs can make one a little nervous). We had a great time overall.

This place won’t disappoint you. It’s close to Bourbon St but just outside of the ebb and flow of excessive foot traffic but close enough to still head music.

We had a great time - perfect location right in the thick of it but remarkably quiet at the same time. Walking distance to all the fun places on Bourbon Street, Canal Street to catch the street car, loads of cool shops and galleries close by; it was just easy.
Easy to get in and out - clear & friendly communication by the owner. We didn't use the available parking as we didn't feel we needed to drive anywhere.
I definitely want to come back, I may have the bug!

Leading up to our stay , during, and after Michelle could not have been a better communicator/host-I've never dealt with better. The apartment was clean and exactly as depicted in the pictures-so cute and comfortable. The location was perfect! We could walk to all things in the French Quarter. Although only a block from Bourbon St. ,we thought the apartment was very quiet considering. Overall, we would highly recommend this property if you're visiting NOLA!

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip to NOLA. The location was phenomenal! We were able to walk to everything. Everything in the apartment was clean and taken care of, and great communication with Michelle! We had no complaints at all about our entire stay. We had a truly perfect stay at this charming property. Easy to get to all the great spots in the French Quarter. We walked to restaurants and music venues nearby on Boubon Street, feeling safe and comfortable. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances//dishware/cooking items needed. The beds were cozy and the apartment decor was tasteful and fun, with a NOLA theme. Thanks to Michelle for the excellent communication and for lots of great information. Highly recommend this VRBO.
