Fully equipped incl coffee, so for 1 overnight stay we didn't really needed to unload our car, everything was already in the apartment.

All the main areas were clean and shiny however if your kids tend to explore and throw their toys around you will get dirty from the dust. Few bugs here and there is understandable given the flush vegetation all around.

The location is ok, in a nice, clean village with a bit of view towards the sea and the hills around. The hosts are kind and have offered their help as well as some kids and adult drinks on arrival. They provided on 2nd day an extra bed for our 1 year old daughter, even if we just asked for a mattress or a few blankets. Some toiletries and dishwasher tablets were available. WiFi was ok. There was a useful laundry drying rack outside. The price was slightly lower than the area average.

The trampoline and the swing in the photos - they're not there anymore. There was a rope ladder instead of the swing, but certainly not as attractive. The grass in the garden was not cut since some time, so not really enjoyable to use it. Thus, the selling points that got us to this apartment were not there and our kids were rather disappointed. Cleanliness was below expectations. There were spider webs around the shower, the air conditioning unit and a few other places that we removed. The fridge door had many traces from greasy fingers, hinting that the cleaning after the previous guest was superficial. On arrival, there was a musty smell that we barely got rid of (or got used to) in 3 days, probably the air conditioning filters were not cleaned in a long time. Some of the furniture was really old (bedroom wardrobe, probably the bed too), in bad shape (the fan in the bathroom was really noisy, the bed was cracking at the slightest move, the doors were squeaky, the washing machine had rust and scotch-taped holes in it, but was functional). The extensible sofa in the living room is not a proper bed for 2 persons, it's probably about 1.10-1.20m wide and not very comfortable. Although nobody's fault, there were many mosquitoes outside, so bring your own repellent or Raid tablets. Hope that the hosts take the above comments constructively and have at least the small things cared for like some through cleaning and door greasing, it's easy and they go a long way for the comfort of future guests!
