We had a great stay at this apartment. Spacious enough for 5 of us. We really appreciate the well equipped kitchen. Vaughan was really friendly and accomodating. Lovely location, away from the hustle and bustle of "Whiti City" but only a short drive away if you want to eat out or top up your supplies. Just a short walk to the safe swimming beach just across the road if you don't feel like driving elsewhere. Great walks and sunrise from there too. Our children also really enjoyed the pool. Thanks Vaughan, we are hoping to be back again!

The stay at Vaughan's place was amazing! My family and I enjoyed the well-mantained unit which had all your can only wish for on a holiday! The beach just a few steps aside and a pool next door made our days bright.

The unit was spacious and clean. Great location just a couple of km north of Whitianga township. It has all the amenities you could want for a family beach holiday. Far more than was required by my wife and I for a short stay.

What an incredible home! My partner, parents and I stayed here for Christmas and really enjoyed Vaughan’s home. Everything was perfect from location to facilities (including the BBQ for Xmas day).

Had a few moments of panic with the Stayz platform not reminding me about payments and needed my daughter to find my initial booking to figure out my balance and due date.
My host, Vaughan, was lovely and helped out with giving the key to a family member when we ran late with arrival. Found a welcome chilled bottle of bubbles to ease the travel pains. The property was immaculate and makes the most of Buffalo Beach’s views. Really close to shops, parks, coffee cart across the road and then there is the beach.
We had an under two year old in our family group and this property has a straight run of stairs between floors that gave us a good work out - another few months of balance on our tiny terror and it would have been fine.

Modern and tidy. Good location
Was everything expected from advertisement. We would have loved to use the spa after our walks but unfortunately the pump had just broken and the body corp couldn’t of course arrange fix until after weekend. Not owners fault. We still very much enjoyed our stay.

Easy to communicate with property manager who was helpful to check in at time which suited us. Property was nice and clean. Kids loved the pool and spa. Great location to explore the coromandel.

Our family holiday was absolutely incredible thanks to Vaughan’s place. He communicated really well which made everything easy and the place is close to the beach and stream which was great for the hot weather. Beds were super comfy to. We then enjoyed the pool and spa on top of a day at the beach. Thank you for having us to stay.

Tidy home in nice community
We enjoyed our stay in this clean, tidy, well equiped home close to the beach in Whitianga. There is a nice community feel to the Auquasoleil complex, our kids enjoyed riding their scooters with other neighbourhood kids and loved the pool. It's a short drive into town.

Great little spot
Had a lovely 2 day stay for Whitianga Summer Concert. Clean, tidy and right beside the beach. The pool was great for cooling off and the atmosphere around the village was welcoming and friendly. Far enough from the busyness of town but close enough to drive for fish and chips! Gorgeous evening sun on the front deck, great with a chilled Sauv Blanc.
