Beautiful old house with well decorated and well maintained rooms, very clean! The property had a beautiful garden as well which you probably wouldn’t find at other places in the old part of Noto. We were able to find on street parking next to the property very easily, and it was a very short walk to all the sights and restaurants. As a nice touch there are after dinner drinks available to guests! Breakfast is served at a cafe in the old town.

Outside the property was a bit noisy, but you are staying in a city so, thats normal! Sound travels a bit through the building as well, but despite that it didn’t bother us sleeping.

Great location and lovely view, place was clean and comfortable.

We were a bit disappointed with the stay as only one towel was provided (for two guests), and the host was not able to provide another when we requested it. We also booked the room because it was advertised as having two beds, however only one bed was made up.

Nice property at a good location, only 10 min. waking distance to the Center of Noto. However not worth the high price tag. The room was smaller in reality than it appears to be in photos. The building was smelling bad and there were noises coming from the upper floor which made it hard for us to sleep. The toilet lid needs screwing. No place for towels and swimwear to dry. The garden area could be taken better care of. It looks abandoned.
