Poor towels, poor crockery

Amazing view from the balcony on Balchic and the pool, location is great.

The bathroom is a nightmare. Needs a coplete renovation. Shower room is full of mold and has only one door, so the floor is always wet. Bed is hard and pillows and duvet are old and dirty. Only good thing is that there is s washing mashine so I washed them by myself. There is a lovely sofa on the balcony, but the cover is again dirty, so you dont feel comfortable to sit on it, unfortunately.

The view. The pool! The pool bar. The proximity to everything around the room is clean and the sheets the same! oh and it’s so quiet! after 12 o’clock at night everything closes so it’s great to have a good night sleep

there’s no free parking. you have to pay 10 leva a day to the municipality’s people. but it’s ok really that’s about 30 euro for 6 days stay. the bathroom it’s small and one of the doors in the showe is missing at the pool people leave their towels all day although they bugger of Otilia the beach or to other places the rule of not leaving a towel while not at the pool should be better reinforced.

It has the most extraordinary see and mountain view! The pool was a plus, and the easy access to the beach promenade was also nice.

I can only guess that because the appartment is private owned, there is a cleaning person that comes at the end of each stay. I was a little disappointed by the fact that the cleaning was done a little bit superficial.

The balcony is large and with a lovely view of the marina. The location if the building is amazing, right in the middle of the best terraces and shops. It was quiet and relaxing, very cozy and private. We felt very safe in the pandemics context.

The bathroom is very small and the shower & sink were quite old. The bench on the balcony was broken and you could'n sit on it.
