We arrived at the Villa and realised that the pictures really don’t do it any justice! It’s absolutely beautiful and the grounds are massive! It really was a home from home with everything you could possibly need right there! The bedrooms are all air conditioned which we were very thankful of! Each room has its own en-suite and balcony which is great! Couldn’t get over the views - every single window has a different, amazing veiw! You can see over to the sea of Puerto Pollenca form the front and stunning mountains around the rest of the Villa! The highlight for us was the pool! It’s a lovely size and we spent many a happy day beside it! There’s a nice gas bbq outside and the furniture outside was great and a lovely size to fit us all around! Great utility room with washing machine and separate fridge for drinks and this massive bottles of water! Pool towels were provided which was great as meant we didn’t have to pack them! It’s ideally situated close to Alcudia and Pollenca - we hired a car for the duration as it was easier to get around. The main problem is that it was just so beautiful and peaceful that we didn’t want to leave it so we spent most of our 2 weeks by the pool just going out for dinner here and there! 😂 well and truly what we all needed - total relaxation! Colin and Wendy were on hand throughout and there if we needed anything - very lovely couple with nothing too much trouble! We will defo be returning!! Thank you so much!! ❤️

We had a fantastic time at this lovely villa. It feels a little unloved (needs a bit of maintenance) but is otherwise beautiful. Great pool & huge garden, perfect for the children. The house is large, all bedrooms with balconies & en suites. The only downside is the location which requires you to drive everywhere (you can’t even go for a stroll as it’s on a short lane off a main road). However it’s only a short drive away from supermarkets/ beaches/ nice towns. In summary, we’d definitely recommend staying here.

Super nette, einfache und schnelle Kommunikation zu jeder Zeit mit allen Beteiligten (Fewo, Vermieter, housekeeping). Tolle Finca, wie beschrieben. Küche, Esszimmer, Terrassenplätze & Pool sind super verbunden und man hat kurze offene Wege. Sehr schöne Bepflanzung im schönen Garten, das Grundstück ist schön gross, so dass man genügend Platz für alle Sportarten hat. Der Pool ist schön gross und teilweise kann man stehen. Echt super zum Spielen & Schwimmen. Die 4 Schlaf-Zimmer sind auch gross genug und alle mit eigenem Bad (leider 3 x Duschwanne). Diverse Fenster, Klappläden und Tore haben sich durch das Alter und die Temperaturen verzogen und sind teilweise schwer zu handhaben. Aber kein Problem, bei dem tollen Feriendomizil. Das Bett im grossen Schlafzimmer war leider zu kurz und hatte eine schlechte durchgehangene Matratze aber auch das hat unsere tolle Urlaubsruhe nicht gestört. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert. Es verdient 4 Sterne von uns.

Booked last minute, easy to find and close to amenities of Alcudia and Pollensea whilst being quite and secluded. Villa is great has everything you would need and pool is lovely and catches the sun pretty much all day. Communication with everyone was brilliant and was a easy hassle free holiday.

Booked this villa last minute after being let down by Solmar Villas. Katty could not have been more helpful or reassuring from the beginning. Communication was prompt and effiecient. Villa was beautiful with lovely large well kept gardens and the pool was an excellent size and well maintained. A couple of minor issues on arrival but quickly dealt with and Joe the owner even rang to make sure everything was sorted.We all thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay and had everything at the villa we needed. When our flight back was delayed due to the Thomas Cook failiure we were able to stay at the villa until later when our new flight was scheduled, without problem. Having stayed at many villas in the past I can honestly say that these owners were the nicest we have ever dealt with and would have no hesitation in recomending their beautiful villa located in a lovely area with stunning views. We would love to return in the future.

We have just returned from a week in this beautiful property which is equipped to a high standard throughout , is set in well cared for spacious grounds and is conveniently situated for both Alcúdia and Pollenca. and has supermarkets a short drive away . The bedrooms are spacious and well furnished for holiday useage and the beds are comfortable . The kitchen is equipped with everything one could possibly need and there is a large fridge freezer as well as a separate drinks fridge which is very useful. The verandah has a lovely circular dining table seating eight people , there is also a sofa and armchairs for relaxing , and the has BBQ makes al fresco meals easy ! The pool is an especially nice feature of this property, being large and deeper than many at its deepest end ; with Roman steps it is also suitable for younger children at the shallow end . it was beautifully clean on arrival and Colin visited mid week to clean it again . The generous welcome pack on arrival was much appreciated and Colin and Wendy were very friendly and always available to offer advice if needed .Altogether it was a superb stay , we would be most happy to recommend the villa and hope to return ourselves sometime . I might just mention a couple of small things that we felt could be considered for the future :- As there is only one sun parasol for use by the pool we felt that an extra couple would be appreciated . The sofa on the verandah would benefit from a new seat cushion as the existing one is a bit flattened ! Just very small comments which in no way affected our enjoyment of a very special week in this lovely house .

This is our first experience of a villa and what a great one it was! We were a a group of 8, two families with teenagers of 18&19 and had a great time. The directions given to the villa and check in were great and the welcome pack left by Colin was very well received. A car is a must, supermarkets about a 5 min drive away, Alcúdia beach 10 mins and Puerto Pollensa 15 mins. The villa is situated in fabulous grounds with no one overlooking you and private with gated entry. We encountered a few problems whilst staying but these were always dealt with very promptly by Colin who was only a call away. The villa is a great size and easily accommodated the 8 of us with a good size pool, gas BBQ and outside seating area. Needless to say we had a great holiday and sure that we will return.

Der check in war problemlos via Schlüsselbox. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir haben ein kleines care Paket bekommen zu unserem Glück da wir abends angekommen sind. Handtücher für Bad und Pool wurden zur Verfügung gestellt sowie Federball und andere bespaßungsutensilien. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr sauber und wir hatten einen geko als Haustier😉. Die Tüten schließen sich recht laut, also für kleine Kinder eher ungeeignet da sie wirklich nicht leise zu gehen und es dann erstmal mit dem Schlaf war. Die gesamte Anlage ein Traum mit vielen Feigenbäumen, großem Pool und Colin der sich drum gekümmert hat. Wir waren 15 Minuten von pollenca und 10 Minuten vom Strand in alcudia entfernt. Perfekt. Die Anfahrt war recht schwierig da es keine genaue Adresse gibt. Aber einfach die Finca nebenan ins Navi eingeben und schon hat man sie. Vom Flughafen haben wir knappe 40 Minuten gebraucht. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Haus, das hat den Urlaub perfekt gemacht

Peaceful, tranquil setting for this beautiful villa. So far it has been one of our favourite villa choices & we would certainly consider returning. Age range of party from 11 years to 61 years, proved a popular choice with all of us.

Our familiy of 5 persons enjoyed the autum vacation 2018 in the large property close to Alcudia. We loved the large garden and the 3m deep pool that invited for many hours of play and fun. The house is lovely, spacious and up to date with all facilities. We had a super support during booking, when finding the location and during the stay. We were even welcomed by a food supply package - very nice and convinient when arriving late :-). We will strongly recommend to rent Joe and Katty's house for holidays any time.

Vi var en familie på 3 generationer og opholdt os en del i villaen - der ligger i et skønt stille og roligt område. Der var alt hvad man behøver, poolen var dejlig stor og blev brugt flittigt af alle aldre. Værelserne er store/ lydtætte for støj både udefra som indefra. Så er man til stilhed og fredfyldt ferie væk fra byens støj så er dette villaen. Når det er mørkt er det vitterligt mørkt. Bil er nødvendig. Ligger tæt på Alcudia og Pollensa med masser af resturanter/indkøb. Både unge som ældre var glade for hus og pool.

As a family of 8 we had a lovely time at the villa. The weather meant we spent most of our time in the pool, eating on the patio or enjoying lazing in the sun. There are lots of floats, games and things for the children to amuse themselves with. Alcudia is good for a safe beach and family meals out. The welcome pack was very generous and the local Lidl is nearby. Colin the caretaker is friendly and helpful with lots of good advice. A car is definitely needed and make sure the taxi driver drops you off at the right villa, there are other CanaSionas in the area. Would recommend it to friends

My friends, husband and I (6 of us in total) stayed at villa Cana Siona for just under 2 weeks. It is a beautiful villa, well positioned in close proximity to Alcudia and Pollensa, located just off the main Palma to Alcudia road. Just five minutes drive to the sea. It has a very large pool and very well presented gardens, surrounded by walls and a locked gate. The layout of around the pool and external eating area is one of its best features. It all flowed so well. We arrived to a lovely welcome package from Wendy and Colin who manage the villa for the owners which was very well received after a very long journey. Colin popped in on our first day to see if there was anything he could do and they were both in touch regularly to see if things were all ok. The villa was very clean and tidy and bed linen and towels were replaced half way through our holiday. The kitchen was very well stocked with ample cooking equipment and there is a great BBQ - all of which is welcome if you are eating in which we did most evenings. The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are a good size but could probably do with a bit of updating as some of the rooms were looking a little tired. Overall - it was a great holiday at a smashing villa. Thank you Joe, Katty, Colin and Wendy and hope to be back at Cana Siona one day.

We absolutely loved the table tennis setting and all the games. The welcome pack was very generous, the housekeepers very accessible, friendly and professional. The gardens were lovely and the whole setting was amazimg Would ask for more umbrellas/shade around the pool area.

The villa was beautiful, spotless, spacious and very well appointed, we lacked for nothing. A great pool and easy access to surrounding areas. The extremely generous food supplies left for us were of a very high standard and very much appreciated after the journey. Wendy and Colin (assistance) both visited to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. The portfolio that Wendy has put together about the villa and surrounding area is of a very comprehensive nature, giving us lots of ideas of places to visit and which restaurants to frequent. We will certainly come back, a villa of very high quality with stunning views in all directions.

We visited this villa at the end of October with 2 families of 4, both with young children. The Villa had plenty of room for both families and was really well equipped for the kids,- high chairs, cots and toys. The villa is set in a beautiful large plot a short drive from all the local attractions- beaches and towns so was the perfect location for exploring. The welcome pack was the perfect arrival gift after our journey and the caretaker was so friendly and informative he was able to give us some tips on things to do. The booking process and communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish,- efficient and friendly! Thank you. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing villa! The pictures online looked great but the actual villa is so much better! Very spacious, four great bedrooms, amazing outside dining area! The pool is great, the kids (and us!) were never out of it! Although the shallow end was a bit deep for our 7 year olds (over 1 metre). The welcome pack of essential foods on arrival was a lovely touch. A very short and easy drive to local towns. Alcudia old town is brilliant, Port De Pollenca was beautiful. We really enjoyed Mal Pas beach area (a little cove next to the right of Playa de Sant Joan). We wouldn't hesitate to come back, a villa of very high quality with beautiful views everywhere we look!

This lovely villa exceeded our expectations; spacious, extremely well-equipped and clean with lots of outdoor space and a great pool. Situated close to a main road for ease of access to nearby towns and villages (we particularly liked Alcudia old town) it was nonetheless peaceful and private. All enquiries during the booking process were dealt with promptly and in a very professional and efficient manner and a local contact was provided for any problems during our stay. All in all, a great place to stay and the welcome pack was very much appreciated!
