My daughter and I came to celebrate her birthday. We loved the cottage which was immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed. The setting was gorgeous, and we wished we could’ve stayed longer. Hope to be back again soon. Would definitely recommend this cottage. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. Narragansett is a lovely spot and we explored and had some good meals.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this cottage. It was so pretty, it was immaculate, it was comfortable, and welcoming. It was easy to find and was close to everything - stores, restaurants and beaches. The beds were super comfortable. The weather wasn't too nice, so we stayed in most of the day and really enjoyed the place and were able to relax. In the evening we went out for dinner and were about 5 minutes from many excellent restaurants. A Great Getaway!

Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return visit.

Cute house with a beautiful view of Pt. Judith Pond. The house is a short drive to beaches, restaurants and shops. It looks like a good place for kayaking as well.

Great cottage. Clean with upgraded amenities-- stove, refrigerator, TV, alexa! Will be back. Close to restaurants (Coastguard House and Matuneck Oyster Bar). Perfect!

we were in town dropping our son at college and decided to stay a few days. The cottage was very clean, sweet, and with a fabulous view of Pt. Judith pond!!!

The crabbing was great, the free beach a short drive away in Galilea was awesome. Very cute spot to get away.

My wife and I came with our newborn for the weekend. It was the perfect spot! We loved waking up with the baby in the morning and watching the sunrise over Pt Judith Pond. It was close to all the local beaches and Galilee for stuffies and clam cakes.

The house was very clean. Plenty of towels and blankets. It was bright and sunny. There are water views from both bedrooms and three sides of the house. It was a comfortable place. We enjoyed our stay.

My family stayed here for a quick getaway during April vacation. Cottage was very clean and in a beautiful location. We loved the bikes and sitting out on the wrap around porch. Owners have thought of all the necessities. We really enjoyed the cottage.

The cottage is cute (tiny), and in bad need of repair (although the cleaning service does a good job). It's workable for a couple of nights, but after that, one begins to feel it's really not good value. Potentially lethal electric sockets hanging out of walls; creaking (sometimes very loudly) beds, cupboards, windows, heating/ AC; and don't look underneath or behind the beds. We didn't dare to go down to the underground laundry. It's a nice location on the pond, but very built up (and sadly the wetlands around the cottage is rather spoiled by littering). Empty of people before the tourist season hits, which we enjoyed.

Well appointed cottage with lovely views of Point Judith Pond and bird watching. Kitchen was equipped with all that we needed for our family meals. The inside has been painted all white which creates a bright and clean ambience that suits a water front cottage. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and relaxing
Beautiful little cottage, in a private setting on the salt pond. Stayed with my husband and 2 boys and loved every second. We were extremely comfortable and had plenty to do, crabbing/kayaking/relaxing and eating dinners on the deck. Woke up every morning to the sunrise over the water out the bedroom window. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all our meals. Laundry in the basement was a huge bonus!! If available next year we will certainly stay here again!!!

Perfection!
This beautiful cottage offered everything we needed for a great weekend away. The views are absolutely stunning. Beds were comfy, the cottage was very clean, and the location was perfect for exploring Narragansett. We can’t wait to return.

Checkin was simple. Property was clean and comfortable. Close proximity to all major beaches. It was great to have beach chairs, washer & dryer. For us the beds were a very hard and uncomfortable. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

Simple Pleasures
Lots of light (windows everywhere) and an amazing view of water and seabirds. Quaint neighborhood, good for a bicycle ride. I love the easy access to multiple beaches.

Great view but needs updating
The cottage was not nearly as clean as I would have expected. Every curtain in the house has major stains and dirt on them. The cottage could use a good cleaning and the appliances could use updating. The shower was so small you almost can’t bend over. Laundry is in the basement and they want you to go around the house and into the basement to start a load of towels/sheets. Now the view of the pond is wonderful and the deck is great for relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and the location of the cottage was good for us.

just what we hoped for.
cozy little cottage; we loved the setting right on the water; easy for my husband to get out and row every morning. View from the outdoor shower was wonderful! Kitchen appliances were a bit worn but overall everything we needed was there.

Cottage on Point Judith Pond
I will definitely rent this house again. It is bright and airy inside, very clean with everything you need. The deck overlooks the picturesque pond. We put in out kayaks and paddle boards of the dock. And the outdoor shower is amazing!!

Narragansett
Instructions for television were inadequate for a non tech savvy client. Could not connect to Netflix called contact at 6 pm . No return call for 13 hours. When Julianne walked me through it. It worked for awhile but went out again. Got it up again but it kicked out again after half an hour. Also 4 guests were expected (2 actually came) .There were 4 towels for an expected 4 guests for two night stay.
