Excellent location for exploring the mountains of Abruzzo. Swimming pools, gym and spa facilities were very good. Restaurant was reasonable and staff very helpful.

A bit remote. Just a little too far to walk to the nearest village.

Beautiful, quiet location. The SPA is not super furnished, but enjoyable. Breakfast is very rich. Overall a positive experience. Would come back.

The woman responsible for special activities was exceptionally unfriendly. Her rude attitude discouraged us from wanting to know more or even think about booking anything. Generally not the friendliest staff, as if some of them felt frustrated/unrewarded working there.

The hotel was much better than reviews on booking!. 10/10 Rooms are new and spacious, bed was very comfortable, the facilities was amazing, everything was clean and new, spa was so comfortable with different swimming pools inside and outside, it was amazing to swim outside and see beautiful mountains covered in snow. Very friendly personal, the kids club was super big and they have all kinds of tramplings, balls pool, small houses for kids, everything for painting, cutting, climbing gym.. 3 babysitters were super nice and trusted, Sara speaks English perfect, was very helpful! Jucy and Kiara was very kind and friendly with all kids. My daughter 2.5 y.o. didn't want to go out from kids club after 1.5 hours, every day. Was very nice to have free time when your child is busy and having fun in beautiful environment with trusted people. We will come back in couple of months for sure, our family liked this hotel a lot, especially in this small villages, I think it's the best place. And it was very convenient to be with the car in this type of vacation and areas.

It was pretty hot in the hotel and rooms in general, but it's my personal feelings. I wish them to order a couple soft pillows for picky clients like me)) and I wish them to change the pancake recipe, should be much better and softer pancakes for sure)) P.s.In official web site of the hotel, was information about 10-15% discount if you stayed 3-4-5 nights, depends, but when I called the hotel, 10 times nobody answered, and then the lady finaly answered very calmly that promotion doesn't work. I think if the information listed on website it should work for client, even if something changed, or just remove this type of promotions from your web, in order people doesn't feel disappointed (price for hotel anyway good and fair), than after 4 days I got the email about some other promotion for upgrading room for small extra price..which was too late, because I booked already from the reliable booking.com. because of this experience, my opinion: back office of the hotel should work better and faster.
