This was a very clean guest house that was fully stocked, had lots of charm, much larger than expected, and very comfortable. Loved the shower and the make up table in the huge closet. Cottage sits back on the property in a lush setting with privacy. The location was very central. Host was accommodating. We truly enjoyed the cottage. It was hard to leave.

Cottage is super well-supplied and outfitted. The owner is very respectful of privacy and, at the same time, lovely and responsive to any needs.

Our family stayed for 4 nights in March 2023. The cottage was incredibly clean, well furnished and equipped with extra towels, beach towels and bedding. The kitchenette had everything we needed for a few meals in, and there is a large walk in closet with a desk that we used for phone calls and occasional work. The location is very convenient to beaches and downtown Sarasota, and the street itself is very quiet and tranquil—no car noise or street noise.

From the minute I walked in to this cottage I was in love with this space! Darcy has it decorated so beautifully. Check in was easy, as the owner lives on property. It was very private and I felt safe at night. The bed is comfortable. Two of my favorite things were the awesome shower and the vanity where I could do my make up etc. I didn't cook anything but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked of items you would need if you did prepare any meals. I would definitely come back!

This Sarasota Cottage is a hidden gem! Not only is it super adorable and charming, it is cozy, comfortable, and rich in amenities to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable! A wonderful place to celebrate the holidays with family, or those just needing a respite from winter! A wonderful get-away, indeed!

Within 10-45 minutes of beaches, Siesta Key and Turtle Beaches. Downtown Sarasota - which is incredible. Five stars for sure!

We enjoyed our time in the cottage. The appliances and other facilities were modern, comfortable and complete.

Quiet and pleasant
The property was very well maintained. The property owner (Darcy) was very nice and responsive. Location of the property was excellent for getting to the beaches or downtown Sarasota, or the regional parks and preserves, or excellent and fun places to eat. We spent 13 days here and enjoyed them very much.

Getaway
We came to Sarasota with our son and his fiancé as a small getaway. The property was gorgeous. So we’ll thought out and taken care of. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for comfort. Would most definitely stay here again. Darcy was so sweet and very accommodating.

Very nice little cottage
We had a great time. Even though we are used to staying on the beach, it was a pretty nice location near main roads. I personally loved the shower, washer/dryer, and the general decor. Everything was very clean and the stay was wonderful. Thanks Darcy!
If staying here from out of town, I highly recommend Keke's Breakfast Cafe and Walt's Fish Market.

Perfection
This was our third time vacationing at this beautiful cottage (we were there for a month) and we absolutely will return. We feel so relaxed and comfortable there. This cottage is super clean and in a very relaxed setting. Many thanks to the owner for everything!

Wonderful. They thought of everything. It was immaculately clean and decorated lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathroom. Lovely
Great place. Well decorated. Perfect in every way. Close to Siesta Key, Publix, and pharmacy's for last minute items. We tried to recommended restaurants Connor's and the Taco/Mexican place. Both very good. We enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back.

What a Find!
We do art shows in Sarasota several times a year and this is one of the best places we ever stayed there.
It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The landscaping makes you feel like you're staying in a tropical paradise. Darcy & Steve, the owners, are wonderful to deal with. We are looking forward to returning.

Fabulous cottage
This is a beautiful, comfortable cottage with everything you could possibly need. It’s decorated in the “Magnolia” style and is cozy and adorable. It’s about 15 minutes to the city center and 15 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key. This cottage is truly a gem and we look forward to returning.

Peaceful Perfection
The decor, amenities and sparkling condition were such a treat that we often preferred staying in to going out. Great location for access to beaches, bike path and downtown. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked for next year.

Immaculate and beautifully decorated
This property has everything you need and more! It was very clean and beautifully decorated by Darcy. She was so helpful with a tour of the property when we arrived. Her suggestions of nearby restaurants were spot on. Close to beaches. I look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful stay !
We couldn’t have asked for a nicer home away from home as we explored Sarasota and the surrounding area!
It was a delight to wake up to and have our morning coffee and lovely to come home to at the end of the day. The owner has thought of every detail to make your stay a very pleasant one.
