location of property and internl space good. A good size bed. shower hight was was nogood for a sixfooter.

kitchen facilities were very minimal 3 cups 4 large plates (2 still dirtyand 1 small plate. No hot tap water bathroom or kitchen and nothing in kitchen to dry anything washed anyway. Sleeping was a problem because of the drone like noise from an A/C unit or pump,likely from the bakehouse below. In all a very poor stay.

The location is brilliant right in the middle of everything.

A second room was in with our price but unable to access, this bed could have came in handy if the main bed was uncomfortable or in my case my partner wouldn't stop snoring and could have done with using that other room to get some sleep (it's a good job i love him).

Very convenient location. Very well appointed apartment. Friendly welcome. All looked good until...

All looked good until we heard the guests arriving in the apartment above ours and realised that the sound-proofing was non-existent. We were awoken at around midnight, when they returned to their room after a night in town. We finally got to sleep when they ran out of steam at around 2:00 am.

Lovely, big place to stay for my family and right in the heart of town. We only wished we could have stayed their longer. Great value for money. Nice little balcony.

Nothing major but there were a few things that could be improved. The place could do with some info on the local area or the person who hands over the keys could at least offer some advice. It wasn't really a warm welcome either - we were just simply let in. The blind in the little 'attic' room was not present and looked like it had broken off. The main double bed was a little old and could do with replacing. As mentioned by others, it would also have been good to have provided more info on the parking situation - it wasn't difficult and was very near but its nice to know before we get there.

The website was misleading.The photos for Keep 1 and Keep 2 were mixed.NO KITCHEN in the upstairs apartment.Could be sued for misrepresentation! From the photos we thought we had a kitchen but only had a fridge, a table and electric kettle so had the added expense of going out for breakfast.Plus parking was £10 a day and though free overnight had to get up and out by 8.a.m to pay for parking. When staying in a self -catering apartment we are usually to be able to have some meals at the apartment. A micro wave and a few basics to make a simple breakfast would have helped.Though there was a very good cafe 5 minutes walking distance.The bar cafe underneath didn't do breakfasts. The shower was very good but if the people in Keep 1 were using their shower/bath the water just dribbled out.. The quilt was too hot and no sheets or cover if you took the quilt off to make sleeping comfortable.The base sheet was bobbly. The socket near the mirror and hairdryer didn't work.One roller blind was broken/ left on the window sill. So with the extra parking costs and paying to eat out the whole time what looks like a reasonably priced apartment was dearer than staying in a hotel. There wasn't a guests book where previous guests usually write their favourite restaurants etc The website needs to make it clear that there are 2 KEEPS.One has a kitchen and no terrace. The other has a terrace and no kitchen,

The apartment was lovely and spacious and very clean and the staff in the cafe underneath friendly and lent us 2 plates and 2 knives. It is in a good location and lovely views from the upstairs terrace. We loved Ludlow.A beautiful place ,with lovely people and will come back but stay where we have a kitchen and free or cheap parking .

Pleasant, clean, well set up apartment. Very central but no notable noise issues. Parking is in a public car park just behind the building.

More pre-arrival info on where to park would be good. The cafe downstairs does sometimes stack stuff by the gate, which was never an obstruction for us but might be for people handling eg. buggies.

The mattress in the main room was lumpy.

The location is superb, in the heart of the town but tucked away in a quiet spot. The manageress was extremely helpful when we arrived, as were all the staff. Apartment is spacious, has good facilities throughout, especially the kitchen. Very clean and I don’t recall the last time I slept so well.

For us, parking is a bit of a nuisance as my wife is recovering from surgery and has temporary mobility issues. Having to move the car to a different further away car park after unloading on arrival was a little problematic but, being fair, it should not be a major consideration for most visitors.

UNABLE TO LOCATE THE PROPERTY FOR 40MINS .TRIED THE PHONE NUMBER WENT TO ANSWER MACHINE. VERY STRANGE LAY OUT WITH A SINGLE BED AND A TABLE AND CHAIRS .NO DRESSING AREA FOR MAKE UP .NO MIRRORS SUITABLE FOR DRYING HAIR ETC THE PARTION SLATS WERE ALL BROKEN A LOVELY VIEW FROM THE BALCONEY WAS RUINED BY WEEDS GROWING OUT OF THE PATIO ALL THE WOOD WAS VERY TIRED AND ROTTEN AND FAG ENDS IN A PLANT POT.COULD BENIFIT FROM SOME OUT DOOR LIGHTING AND A PARASOL. ALSO THE TOILET FLUSH HANDLE WAS HANGING OFF WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN EMBARRASSING

Unfortunately the shower needs attention, cubicle great size, all clean. But the shower was either cold or scorching hot, once you got the adjustment right on the bar it was fine but i think it was broken because it was hard to move the bar to adjust it to perfect temp

Lovely rooms/bathroom and set up with having 2 bedrooms. Fabulous view from the balcony. We were able to keep our bikes safely on the balcony which was great. Ludlow and surrounding countryside are beautiful. We will definitely be back.

The addition of a small fridge (for drinks) would make this absolutely perfect.

The location is superb for the centre of Ludlow town. The owner Collin was a tremendous host and we couldn’t of stayed in a cosier, cleaner, lovelier apartment! Had a wonderful weekend and can’t wait to go back! The kitchen was tremendous and the bed was amazing! You must stay it’s a wonderful place!

Location was superb! Right in the middle of Ludlow. Lovely room and there was a roof terrace with views to the surrounding countryside. The room was large, comfortble and quiet.

I would suggest that pillows and mattresses be fitted with protectors. Perhaps a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.
