This property was in an excellent location 10 minutes walk to the beach and town centre. Everything in the apartment was clean, tidy and very good quality attention to detail with the decoration made it feel very homely. It had games to play and was well equipped for cooking meals in if you didn’t want to go out to eat. The apartment had a back door straight into the car park which was very convenient as one of our party struggles with walking. The lady who owns the apartment was great at communicating with and helped us with all our queries and was very accommodating. I totally recommend this apartment and we hope to return next year! without doubt we would love to return for another holiday

We loved staying at flat no 51, having the access door to the outside was perfect. The different levels with steps may not suit older people who have walking problems. The flat was roomy and had everything you needed. Loved the huge walk in shower in the en-suite.

The location can’t be beaten. 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach in one direction, and similar time to the High Street in the other. On the High Street definitely recommend Boscanova, especially the pancakes - you may have to wait a bit, but it’s worth it. The basement flat itself is comfortable. Solidly built so you don’t hear the neighbours. The kitchen has everything you need with quality kitchenware. Lovely big sofa in the living room. I can definitely recommend and we would be happy to stay here if in the area again.

The property was clean and tidy and was in good condition. It’s location is ideal for the beach and town. The outside access made taking our luggage in and out very easy. The only downside was that none of the windows had a view as the apartment is on the lower ground floor from the front. However there was plenty of natural light despite this.

The apartment was even better than the pictures. Spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean.

Returned recently from a one week break with my wife and 2 children under 11. The flat was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was also larger than I had expected. Having your own entrance door was great as it lead straight to the car park. Communications with the order was first class and she responded to queries very promptly. Great apartment in a really lovely location.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Burlington mannor in Boscombe. The property was very clean and spacious. All of the amenities you could think of were there in the apartment. It was a lovely touch that hand washes were available in both bathrooms as we only brought one ourselves. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep all of the nights we stayed as it was quiet and peaceful at night times. There was plenty of room which was great. Teresa was very quick to reply to messages I sent her which was very helpful. The gym was really good and we enjoyed our workout sessions also. The entrance hall was always very clean and was very well decorated. 10 out of 10. We will definalty stay again in the future. Beach is close by and plenty with restaurants. Shops were a five minute walk and Boscombe bus station was also very near. Thanks Teresa for making our stay so enjoyable.

This was a great surprise. We normally are not fond of garden condos, but this one is the exception. A very well appointed home whether you want to go to the beach, cook, read, play games or do nothing. Very nicely decorated. They thought of everything. Excellent location to the beach, restaurants and public transportation. Very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this home. We had a very relaxing stay.

Everything was good with the stay, from communication with the owner to overall enjoyment of our stay, this is echoed by my partner and 9 year old twins. This place has it all, there is even a small well equipped gym and pool table a flight of stairs away. There are lots of add on`s in the apartment like DVDs, books and games to make it home from home should you wish to while away the time. Once in the apartment there is a back door so you don`t have to use the coded front entry, handy for allocated parking space and Boscombe shops. The marvellous beach is only 5 minutes walk, here you can relax at sea front cafes and restaurants that are right on the edge of the beach, you can also walk, ride, skate or scooter from Southbourne to Sandbanks about 15 mile with Bournemouth in between . We normally go Devon or Cornwall but thought we would try Dorset and was pleased with this area and our stay in Boscombe, could write lots more but would recommend for a Great British family holiday!

Location was perfect for what we wanted which was a quiet week as a family of four. Close to the beach with a few bars and restaurants even closer. The apartment was exactly what was needed too. 2 bathrooms and a great well stocked kitchen made catering for 2 young children really simple not to mention the great choice of TV entertainment offerings which kept them happy whilst we prepared for long days at the beach. The gym is pretty well stocked too and literally at the top of the stairs. Pretty faultless really and if staying in Bournemouth again for a week I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Teresa as she was brilliant and communicated so well so that we didn’t have any problems at all. If only all businesses were run so well. Thanks so much for giving us such a fantastic week at the end of Summer

The apartment was very clean and everything was updated and in good working order. Comfortable beds, and well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal or coffee. There is also an expansive selection of DVDs to choose from if you want to have a movie night. The AC worked great and kept us comfortable even when it was hot outside. The location is less than a 10 min walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Koh Thai and Reef Encounter are two nearby restaurants I really enjoyed. Theresa was very friendly and knowledgeable in answering our questions about the area. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back!

My friends and I were very pleased with our stay at this lovely flat. It truly felt like a home away from home! The leather couch and beds were comfortable. The apartment was clean and fully prepared with fresh linens upon our arrival. The bathrooms were luxurious. The tub was spacious and outfitted with modern faucets. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you would need to prepare meals, although I would highly recommend the several restaurants that are within a short walking distance. The beach is just a short walk away. This apartment is very conveniently situated. I would not hesitate to book this flat again the next time I vacation in the area. The surrounding area is beautiful. Between the beach, the pier, and the many great restaurant options, this flat is in the perfect location for a beach vacation! My friends and I had a great time here!

This was our second visit within 2 months. The apartment is everything you could want in a holiday let. It is spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. There is a large selection of dvds and books available as well as board games should the weather not be kind and its location is so central with beaches, shops and public transport within a 5-7 minute walk. It is really difficult to find somewhere that has so much going for it and we certainly have no hesitation in recommending it

Burlington Mansions is a fine building. We loved the turret-like features, and the front entrance wooden revolving doors and huge chandelier in the foyer. Flat 51 itself is a well presented, well equipped apartment, having everything you could possibly need for a short break. The apartment is well laid out, with a spacious hallway separating the bedrooms and bathrooms from the lounge & kitchen. There is not the slightest feeling of being confined or hemmed in, even though it is a basement apartment. There is plenty of light filtering through the windows, and the mural outside the lounge window was a nice touch (much better than looking out onto a plain wall). The location is fabulous, being just 5 minutes from the beach at Boscombe, and 5 minutes from an abundance of shops. Most days we strolled into Bournemouth itself (approx half an hour along the seafront), and we also went in the other direction to visit nearby Southbourne (we can thoroughly recommend Ludo Lounge). There are many lovely cafes & restaurants within Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. The owner of flat 51 was a pleasure to deal with, 100% for customer service.
