We arrived quite late, and the 24h reception was a very good surprise. I thought for a moment we would not be able to enter the building as it was past midnight and the check in is until 8 ou 9pm, but it was all good. The receptionist was a lovely guy, very patient and kind. The rooms were very good. We rented 3 apartments and they were all very nice, well equipped and relatively spacious.

WI-FI was a let down. I did not have internet on my phone while in Brazil without WI-FI, so the fact that it did not work in bed or in most areas of the apartment I was at was quite annoying. It worked wonderfully at the reception. I think that if I was traveling for work I would have issues.

it is a flat very well equiped. It is located in one of the central streets of Caxias, but a little bit far away from downtown.

Many things. They don"t accept credit cards. There is a cleaning fee of R$ 70,00, that was not crearly explained when we book. There wasn"t neither some soap in the flat. So I had to buy it myself. The wifi also doesn't work that good. I won"t repeat the experience. I would prefer something more well located, with no surprises regarding prices and absence of ammenities.
