The one light in the room was extremely dim. When I mentioned to the reception on leaving on the second morning that the water in the shower was just a trickle, we were told that they needed to turn on the pressure pump outside if anyone wanted a shower!!! The double bed is short for tall patrons. They ran out of food and could not offer a meal on the second night (except scrambled eggs on toast for the meal, the same as each breakfast) - claimed that they had not had the chance to leave the hotel to purchase ingredients.

It was very nice to have an accommodation close to the airport. Mr Nathan was very kind and helpful in navigating us around the area and making us feel safe.

The girl at reception was quite rude and insensitive. The WiFi didn't work well in the rooms. It only worked at the door. We paid for breakfast but didn't get any food!!! Apparently she wasn't aware that we had breakfast included.

Booking charged me $96.00 but when arriving at the hotel, they said the money had not gone through so I paid full price again! No one is willing to try to coreect this???

Light in bathroom did not work, but was no issue.

Close proximity to the airport, very convenient for travellers. Airport pickup and drop off very prompt and well organised. Had a meal there which was reasonably priced and tasty.

Breakfast was already made, you got it served on a plate. Cold water in the shower and a leaking toilet.

Location next to airport. 15 mins in heavy traffic

Rooms v dark. The whole motel was dark. It made my wife feel insecure. Hot water system controlled from the kitchen. Had to ask for it to be switched on.

great location 5 mins from airport, helpful staff with 24hr check in/out, they arranged a taxi for me, room was basic but comfortable this is somewhere you book if you arrive late and leave early

breakfast took a while but there was one lady doing everything. I also arranged a taxi from the airport and he fell asleep in the car so there was no one to meet me and I had to ask customer services to call them - they were very helpful!

perfect location from the airport. I booked last minute and it costs me 10,000tsh to go there with a taxi. The room was clean, mosquito net, private bathroom.

it was one of the worst nights of my life. I only booked to be near airport and have WiFi and Aircon and NEITHER worked. I had a notification that they need to pay the bill when I tried to access the WiFi and the aircon unit only blew out room temperature air and kept shutting off and I had to go outside several times to get it turned on. the power went out repeatedly through the night. It was filthy. the bathroom mat had never been washed. I only went to loo twice and ran out of loo roll with no spare roll in the room. the toilet foods the bathroom each flush. water cold snd shower looked dangerous with exposed wires. neither of the plug sockets in room worked and I couldn’t charge phone. I felt unsafe as a lone female because the worst thing was during the night I was woken to someone banging on my door demanding access as she believed she left her passport behind. the staff were hiding in reception and let her continuously knock and scream at me until I got dressed to let her in and she barged past me to look under the bed (of course it wasn’t there) and the staff only appeared after she stormed out and weakly apologised to me. too late by then and really frightening experience. I decided I would be safer at the airport and left as early as I could and. the taxi they arranged tried to avoid giving my me change (would have been double) so I had to insist. I absolutely would advise this should be shut down as it is not fit for purpose.
