The location is excellent! You have plenty Restaurants, two malls and Jarir bookstore. The receptionists gentlemen Abdulrahman and Ahmad were the highlight of my stay, they were always available at anytime we need help. I would recommend staying here.

The hotel is just across Hyatt Mall. Kitchenette has a microwave and water boiler. All facilities are new. Hotel environment is clean. Staff are professional and accommodating. Chocolates were given during the Eid Holidays.

Toilet faucet was damaged Air condition very poor quality and noisy Parking at the basement dusty and has same gate for entrance and exit and I had sometimes to wait a while to open it. Door security lock was damaged The overall rated I saw not representing the reality
