What I liked a lot about the property was the more than excellent location. Very safe and close to corso Buenos Aires and in a zone full of life and places to go. The building was also well-maintained and clean. The facilities were also good when I managed to use them at the end. The host Andrea agreed to offer me a discount after all the problems I encountered so this was a good thing.

Unfortunately, I was the recipient of a lot of bad luck during this stay and so my overall experience was bad although the reviews on which I based my selection had been excellent. 1. I tried to communicate with the host before my arrival to arrange for key collection but he didn't answer and finally I had to call after I arrived and I had to wait for 15 minutes and it was raining, for someone to come and give me the keys. 2. As soon as I arrived I found out that there was a problem with the electricity and whatever appliance I turned on resulted in a complete blackout!! I contacted the host who said he was on vacation!!! and I had to wait till Monday to get the problem fixed! (after contacting him several times he finally answered and asked me to ask the neighbors (old people) to come down to the basement with me and turn on the main switch!!! They were super kind to do that! but it happened 3 times!!!!!!!!!!! and as a result I could not use ANYTHING in the apartment till Monday afternoon when the host finally returned and I discovered that they had not paid the electricity bill !!! I understand the return of electricity was not his fault but neither was it my fault!!!! at the end the electricity was fixed monday afternoon and I had arrived saturday morning and he agreed to discount only 1 night and a half!!! 3. while withdrawing money from my credit card he made a mistake which resulted in a huge hassle to get the situation fixed! 4. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were no heavy covers as a couple of days were cold but I didn't even ask to avoid a hassle!! 5. the TV remote controls weren't working because the host had forgotten to change the batteries which he eventually did on Monday. 6. In general, I did not like the way I was treated as I believe it is definitely not my fault as a guest that the host was on vacation when I arrived!
