L'appartement est superbe, très bien équipé et très confortable. La résidence est très agréable et les deux piscines sublimes. Le personnel est très sympathique et prévenant.

Spacious 3bdrm/2bthrm apartment with all needs covered - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, smart televisions in lounge and all bedrooms, great wifi. Beautiful grounds, secure parking, very quiet, nice secure patio/garden area on ground floor apartments for kids. Liked that it was not right in the city, but only a 10min easy drive to get to city.

Everything was easy, from booking and special requests right through to check-out.
We had a special request for a ground level room owing to one guest being in a wheelchair with limited mobility. Everything provided in the apartment was accessible to this guest, with a walk-in shower in the ensuite and wide, tiled spaces to move around. Even the establishment pool was mobility friendly.
All appliances and furniture in the apartment were in good condition/working order. The kitchen was stocked with ample appliances, dishes and utensils. There honestly wasn’t even so much as a squeaky fan, everything was great!

the grounds and swimming pool were well maintained and very nice but there could have been more seating around the pool as often there was none available to use.The accomodation is secure and parking is great.
We stayed in Apartment 20. Unit was not clean dust and ice cream wrappers found under bed, rubbish bin was filthy, lack of toilet rolls on arrival had to address with reception early in stay.Main bathroom old with poor plumbing and exhaust fan not working.Air conditioner in one of the bedrooms faulty , never used by us but continually went on and off by itself this which was extremely disappointing as it resulted in disrupted sleep.This was addressed with staff more than once and unable to be rectified .Water in kitchen a scalding risk as way too hot. Rubbih bin location could be better situated in each car parking area and recycling limited.

Was a nice clean apartment for a family.
Wifi was not working during whole our stay. The receptionist advised that she does not know why we have no wifi (even though when we booked it was WIFI available as an option).
For 2 nights we did not have any hot water. Likewise, the receptionist was not sure why there is no hot water in the apartment, either could fix the issue.

Great pool and spa
Outdated apartment. Toilet very old. No tea towels asked for one but didn’t have any. Dishes were all in the dishwasher on our arrival

Large apartment perfect size for families pool area was nice
Rooms were very dusty which affected our allergies. Location is about 10-15mins from Cairns which is an easy drive but fairly far out. No shops in walking distance

I liked the clean environment that was comfortable and the rooms had all the required equipment that was needed for day to day.
The spa and swimming was a bonus for the when there was no activity planned.
The bigger bins were a bit too far for the day to day considering
we were a large group and going that far was uncomfortable with the refuse.

The cooking stove was misbehaving , beeping loudly for 30 minutes after every cooking.
The resort missed a playground or anything to play with in the water.
It felt a bit empty, missing some liveliness.

After ringing them 3 times for directions to apartment to find my elderly mother had trouble walking up 2 flights of stairs
Then to find no single beds for my boys so rang a 4th time to ask for lower level room and 2 single beds they did change our rooms was happy after that
Not having the single beds after booking for 2 boys and the 2 flights of stairs wasn’t good for my elderly mother
There also was a shortage of coffees sugar and salt pepper had to get more
