Real great time

We have been staying there for a few years now. The place is clean and has nice amenities. Every year the resort keeps getting a little nicer.I would like to say that the staff is good, but that would be an understatement. I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere where the staff has been better. We intend to keep going there for a long time.

Bungalows were great, with view, deck and a dishwasher. Oh my gosh, you guys hit this out of the park. Already reserved for next year

Close, clean, well gated, beds good, deck and views FANTASTIC, boat launch little hard, slip was great, Garlic Bros was GOOD, meant some cute kittens there too. I would recommend and stay again !

Im gonna cut to the chase and say that the only issue we had were lack of communication prior to check in. We had to call around and wait in the Stockton heat til we got a code to get on the property. David and the staff were very helpful the whole time we were there. Property is well maintained and well stocked. The biggest plus for this place is its location right on the water for hot summer days. This is the second year of our family's visit here, it might just become a yearly thing.

We had an amazing trip! Stayed during the 4th of July with 3 other couples in the other bungalows. David made checking in/out easy & even left a bottle of wine, card & cup upon arrival for my husband’s 50th birthday. We fished from the deck, took the boat out & cooked a few times. Property was very clean & equipped with everything you need. The Keurig and plenty of pods was a huge bonus as we are coffee people. We will definitely be back!

We loved the bungalow. We had some friends & family stop by and they will be booking a bungalow in the near future. Everything was perfect. Totally enjoyed the deck. Only suggestion is that written instructions be available in the unit for operating both tv's, i.e. Netflix, Roku. We definitely will be coming back. Thanks again for a great weekend!! Paula Travis

I stayed with my son this time. The place is small but fine for a couple and some kids on the sofa bed. Great view from porch.

Very peaceful right on the water! Very clean. Perfect location for our stay while my son competed in OTB Open disc golf tournament at Swenson Park.

We were with our Discovery Bay Yacht Club, some were in boats, some in RVs, and we had 3 of the bungalows rented. We've stayed in the bungalows several times and always enjoy them. They are very clean, comfortable, great amenities, great views. Easy check-in process and great communication with manager!

The bungalows were perfect for my personal situation. The staff and housekeeping were excellent, always on the look out for my best interests. Thank you Note: I wasn't able to rate my stay??? But it would definitely be 5 STARS!!

I have severe chemical sensitivities and requested all-natural fiber linens and scent-free laundry soap. The manager special ordered new linens for me and a bed topper - I slept GREAT! Though I had to keep the bungalow windows open to air out the unit from the strong fragrance of the cleaning supplies, the unit was immaculately clean. The friendly care taker always asked if we needed anything whenever we saw her, and was usually available if needed. Even with the heavy rain storm, it was still a pleasure to enjoy the river front and the peaceful atmosphere of the area - though I suspect that would be quite the opposite in summer. The check-in email could have been made easier with listing the unit number or name instead of only the property ID. Also, the check-in instructions were not correct. Instead, the check out instructions were listed twice. Fortunately, I found my original order confirmation email with the unit number on it, and was able to get in. For those who must fly to the area, it would be helpful to have a packets of simple condiments such as salt/pepper, mustard/mayo etc. Available on request. Overall, I'm really happy with the Marina bungalows property and management, and will definitely book again when I'm in the area. Thank you for taking extra good care!

Everything was as described!

Very clean, comfortable, cozy, safe place. We really enjoyed the on-site restaurant (garlic Brothers). We are repeat guests and will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

The sunsets were amazing! Each bungalow is cute and well maintained. We rented with 3 couples who rented the other two bungalows. We boated during the day and ate dinner together at night. We even caught a catfish from the desk! We will definitely be back.

We stay here for a few nights every summer to boating on the Delta. The view from all parts of the Bungalow and the deck are simply gorgeous! The bungalow has everything you need to cook and the Garlic Bros restaurant nearby is great.

We were extremely pleased with the entire rental process from start to finish. Frequent check-ins online and a touch less arrival and departure. The bungalow accommodations were the “bomb”. We had everything we needed from accommodations to all the amenities one would expect from an A+ hotel. We are already making plans to return.😎

Great place to stay! Quiet and relaxing! It has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable!

Perfect little place, on a great marina with fantastic restaurants

The Delta with its stands of rushes, small islands, and full-throated birdsong was right outside our door, just superb.The Marina feels utterly safe, immaculate, quiet and friendly. Bungalow 3 was delightful, altho the sofa bed is not comfortable for sleep. We would have appreciated a personal welcome and introduction to the electronics, as we had no heat at first, and the security system was confusing. Kitchen is well-equipped but has no room for food except the fridge. Basics such as jam, oil, seasonings, etc. are not supplied.

The bungalow was immaculate when I arrived and very comfortable. I will stay there again on my next visit to Stockton.

I loved staying at the Bungalows for a few weeks of my travel nurse assignment in the area. The views are unbelievable, and the marina was very quiet and safe. Also, superbly enjoyed eating at Bobs on the marina everyday after work!

This is our 10th reservation, to say the least we absolutely ENJOY this place. The office staff Samantha & Ebony are great! All of the housekeepers, grounds personnel and security are delightful 😀! Peace & Serenity!

This place is just perfect. It has everything! I stay here often as a result!

All the comforts of home. Quiet. Private. Would use more often except for the 3-night minimum. Understandable with Covid going around. It will always be my first choice when in town

I have stayed in the Bungalows numerous times and love it! I would stay more often but now, probably due to Covid, there is a 3-night minimum instead of a 2-night minimum.
