Location, price and airport shuttle
Everything else. Rooms with cockroachs, spider webs and smelling to cigar.

Despite some of the bad reviews, this place was pretty good. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The room above the front desk was loud when people were not quiet at night.

Lekker dicht bij de AirPort en goed geregelde transfer naar de AirPort
Het ontbijt was dramatisch slecht. We kwamen om 8.00 uur en er lagen nog wat droge boterhammen en wat testjes ei en een heel klein beetje noodles. We zijn zelf wat fruit gaan halen langs de weg.

Clean hotel. Great location, close to the airport. I booked with the wrong date and they still gave me the room without the need to pay again or with a surcharge. Top.

The only good thing about this hotel is that they have shuttle transfer you to the airport that is it.
I spent a night at the hotel and I couldn't sleep all night long because of the noise from inside and outside room. I have spent 35 bucks which is quite high rate for that Kinda hotel far away from the city but there is scarce of service cause of most of the staffs are unfriendly and unwelcoming when I came to the front desk to check in, the receptionist did't even greet me as a guess which unprofessional. I think the hotel is operated by Chinese people. They don't even have toalett papper which is suck.

Free transport to the airport. The room was large and clean enough for a stay. Late checkout was good for me.

Close to airport. Room was good sized and clean. No issue with smoke smell for me. Good value given it's so close to airport and you get a shuttle.ate check out is good.
Breakfast is truly abysmal it would be better to just not offer it.

Breakfast was horrible , literally nothing to eat. Look like it was a total area sleeping place , very bad china town area. Very disappointing.

Compared to many other hotels I've been to in Asia, it is undoubtedly one of the cleanest, although everything can be improved. the comfortable and beautiful room. It has an elevator. This is a detail to take into account if your suitcase is heavy. very close to the airport. I recommend it. very friendly receptionists

THE BAD ODOR SMOKE, THE BREAKFAST, THE DIRTY ROOM.
First thing I came in the receptionist area, the strong bad odor of cigars was so bad even the room. The curtains were dirty and that’s because you didn’t change the curtains. If someone lights up their cigarette inside the room the bad smoke automatically transfers to the curtain and the next user of the room will benefit the toxic air.

Close to airport, with quick and timely transfer to airport in the morning.
Room reeked of smoke. (Hotel listed "smoking allowed" but we didn't realize that non-smoking rooms were not available).
Transfer to hotel (by their shuttle or airport taxi) $15USD - very overpriced for very short ride.
Room "window" looked into breakfast area ie no window to outside. No hot water in shower.
Breakfast very minimal; had to pay for breakfast at airport.

Probably the worst stay during my whole trip. The only reason to chose this hotel is if you have a plane in the morning and don't want to get stuck in the traffic. The room is super small, with extremely dirty walls and metal bars in the window so it reminds me of prison. Bathroom also had a lot of stains of unkown source.

Location to Airport is very good.
I also got a free shuttle service to the airport.
They didn't take my Mastercard and wanted cash. The guy at reception then took a photo of my card (back and front) which I then asked him to delete straight away as I didn't want him to have it on his phone. He said I could pay in the morning.
Strangely, about 30mins later as I was going out for dinner, he called me over to say that my bill had been paid with my Mastercard ?! Not sure how this happened and a little worried about the circumstances...
Not a hotel I would want to stay in again.

Close to the airport, suitable for a long connection flight
Terrible smell of tobaco at lobby and inside the room. They have tried illigal extra taxes during check-in process.

The hotel's location near the airport was why it was selected. The booking was confused but easily sorted by friendly helpful staff. The room did have some insects but the hotel quickly sprayed. Breakfast was good.
The bathroom had some small cockroaches but nothing that couldn't be sorted.
Any negative things were quickly sorted by the staff so there wasn't anything to really dislike.
