Bonne localisation, personnel agréable. Une piscine et des locaux bien entretenus.
Au premier étage, couloir rénové mais à partir du deuxième ce sont de vieux couloirs.
Dans les chambres nous entendons tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir et dans les autres chambres. La résonance est trop forte

Très bon hôtel.
Nous avions réservé un appartement de 45m2 mais on nous a finalement proposé une chambre au sein de l’hôtel, très agréable avec une jolie terrasse avec faux gazon et superbe vue sur la colline qui surplombe l’hôtel.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix!
Le buffet du soir et du matin étaient satisfaisants.

La habitación de la 2°planta antiquisima.Baño con cortina en ducha no tiene mampara y grifos arcaicos.Limpieza mal.Está la planta baja y la 1°planta reformada.

Really pleased a resident family with unruly children from our stay last year had gone !!
Quality of cleaning of the room was inconsistent, on one occasion not cleaned at all!
Some of the restaurant staff were a bit rude and stood around talking to each other a lot!

The reception area and lounge was nice and the staff were friendly.
It was having work done and there was drilling from 9am to 5pm - no mention of this on booking.com. There were a lot of Ukrainian families there and it was very noisy, there were no areas for guests only. The bedrooms hadn’t been updated in a long time and the walls were very thin- not restful.

Looked very lush from the entrance hall, and had a nice bar area
The furniture in the rooms were quite old, and so could do with improving to make it look as nice as it did in the entrance, and in the hallways

The room was old, noisy, and dirty. The mirror had the face of the previous visit. The bath curtains were broken.

They have to improve the buffet, very poor, cheap, done without care, the rooms have to be done well, not throw the bed sheet and that's it, improve the pool space, make it more welcoming, the pool beds they were very far away

Rooms very clean and comfortable, lovely pool, restaurant and bar area.
Staff ( particularly bar staff) were extremely friendly and helpful. The outside areas were lovely and ground floor attractively decorated.
would benefit by having a small fridge in the rooms and possibly a kettle.
Bathroom tiles needed renewing.
Unfortunately there appeared to be a couple of permanent families who were irresponsible parents allowing children to run around pool area screaming and unsupervised!

tea and coffee making facilities and fridge in rooms would be nice . Iron and ironing board would also be great .Pool tiles in need of good clean

Having a buffet for breakfast is good, swimming pool and backyard also good, nice renovated reception.
Rooms are not renovated, bathroom was old style, we asked for 1 double and 1 single bed and we got 3 singles one o which was kids size. Our room was facing the rood and not the backyard so it was pretty noisy from the road. The breakfast was poor quality.

Room was bigger rhan average but dated save for bathroom. They use keys! And mine stuck all the time.
Balcony was a good bonus. Breakfast was good.
That hotel is being renovated and i was sent to the worst floor....the echo in corridor is awful. Had to ask for soap!!! In Covid times...really bad.
