The room was not clean. pillows smell really bad :/ We found a bottom bathsuit in the rooms bathroom. Some staff was not kind. The room is a bit old and needs maintenance. Food was not that good. Poor service, needs more staff for the quantity of people.

The food was not good at any of the restaurants. Rooms are old and dated. I have stayed at several hotels in Cabo and was disappointed with Dreams. I have stayed at Secrets Puerto Vallarta which was modern and the food was very good and Dreams Los Cabo was expensive and just ok.

The room was large and the ocean view was great. The staff were friendly and polite. The gym was adequate and a good variety of equipment. The view is amazing.

There is only one available jacuzzi. The jacuzzi closes at 8:30p so you can't really hang out there late. Most bars close early as well. The adult pool has the chairs taken nearly all day. Perhaps add more. The adult pool should definitely have a jacuzzi. You cannot get into the water at the beach.

The property is lovely, two pools, very quiet, no bracelets, lots of towels.

The service was terrible. The staff appear to be overworked and there is not enough of them. We had to call 2x to get our room cleaned. The hotel said it would be cleaned at 4pm, we arrived back at 9:30 after being gone all day and it was still not cleaned. This was after 2days. So we had to call and ask for clean towels and sheets. At 9:30 pm. The hallways were dirty and so was our patio. Went to the Italian restaurant once and had to walk out after 1.5hr because the food service was so slow. At the pools the drink and food service was sporadic. This hotel appears to be more interested is selling time shares than service. We needed to stay in Cabo 2 more nights because our flight was cancelled due to the hurricane Pamela and this hotel quoted us $160usd more each night than what we paid on booking. We do not recommend this hotel….we actually moved to the Riu Baja Califonia.

The property was very well maintained, the staff was amazing and we really enjoyed Marcos (Pools activities staff)Luis (from the pool) bartender Jonathan and our maid Estella…These particular individuals stick out as they made our stay amazing!! 😀 thank you all so very much. We will be back!..

The resort was too small compared to the other Dream properties, not enough activities on site, no ATM machine that will distribute US dollars.

The resort was beautiful , plenty of stuff to do.

Got sick there but the resort made it up to us , still had a great time!

The best part of our trip was the staff. Juan, Gil, Manuel and Daniel at the beach bar and grill made us feel like family and added so much to our enjoyment. They made all our DREAMS come true.

Check in was slow, the staff was difficult and seemed shady. They kept trying to upsell me. First saying there was an error on my check in and I needed to pay $700 more then trying to upgrade my room for additional $500. Not a good way to start the stay. Check out was also unpleasant. They insisted completion of a survey before I could check out which should be optional.
