A special place in a beautiful location. We loved it and regretted only to come in Winter, when most activities come to a halt in the Region. But saltos and trekking were splendid.

The staff did a great job making us feel welcome and meeting our requests.

They did not have decaf coffee. Even an instant alternative is nice.

the staff is super attentive, nice and they always have a smile in their faces. you really feel great with their attention. the meals were very deliciously, although quite small portions.

the hotel clearly hasnt been updated in many years, the furniture and linen looks old, overall i feel like it could be freshen up, considering the surroundings and the outside, and the prices, you really have high expectations but once you get there is a bit disappointing.

Not a 5 Star resort,but in our mind better. Quaint National park lodge. Eating good, creative yet basic meals looking out the window toward the lake, trees, and mountains. The staff member we interacted most with, Yerka, was fantastic. The location is amazing.

Showers by pool were in poor shape. The fairly small indoor/outdoor pool is not heated, which was OK since we had warm weather, but it was too bad the jacuzzi wasn’t working. We were sore from a long (and terrific) hike and would have benefited greatly. There are two wood-heated hot tubs, but you have to pay and reserve them well in advance (only one party a day can use them). We were too late.

The awesome room view, fire, jacuzzi.. The personnel who was always happy to help, including late in the evening and after checkout.

The restaurant room could be a little warmer.

The property was very clean and proper. It is a rustic lodge with no frills in decor. There is no TV and WIFI only in two areas. The biggest attraction of the property was the staff. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and were very pleasing. From the time we booked and throughout our stay everyone was wonderful. They even remember our names and used them to address us. A very nice touch. They also have many suggestions for exploring the area around the lodge.

Since you are rather restricted in choices of restaurants because of the location, you are forced to take all your meals there. The breakfast was very good but the other meals were only correct. The service was good.

Fantastic location, although views from the rooms were limited. We had a room with a fireplace and it was lit in the evening, which was a lovely touch.

The hotel requires a refurbishment in our opinion, at least in respect to the price level we paid. Our room was spacious but did not have proper curtains for example. The place felt a little worn. The restaurant was fine, but not a high standard.
