Location and the hospitality

The rooms ended before it began.. imagine how small they could've been. It was tooooo cramped for a family of 3..

Cleaning of the room, good room heating, cleanliness, bathroom, and a tall dark receptionist - not European!

Didn't like the first porter who met us, European, maybe local judging by the accent. He was very arrogant, when talking to us he did not answer directly to the question, he spoke in a whimsical way and moved away from the topic. Hidden boor. Did not like the room - very cramped, improperly designed closet doors blocked the entrance to the room and the bathroom. The bunk bed was terribly uncomfortable - a staircase, a railing - it was very difficult to climb. And low ceilings are not designed for a bunk bed. Only one chair in the room. Lack of even a smol fridge and kettle. An elevator that needs to the started with a jey. There is no fore escape plan. Didn't find a ladder. The corridor is dark, there are no exit signs!!! The hotel is dangerous to stay.

Breakfast was delicious. Underground is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. We would defenitely book this hotel again if we visit Wien.

The breakfast was very poor. The room service was unsatisfactory.

This was a one night stay to get to the airport on time. The staff was very helpful to make this go well, from waking me up to packing breakfast to go ordering shuttle and helping with the luggage. This is a small city hotel, so don't expect anything big. But the hotel has a sweet atmosphere and friendly staff.

The equipment looked like it was new. Beds were comfortable, the room was clean (they even cleaned it in the morning after first night), Breakfast was simple, not a lot of options but tasty. The location to the airport is near. The connection to the city center is great. Metro station right next to it.

The price was quite high for what we got. Rooms don't have good sound isolation. We could hear everything what our neighbors were doing/saying.

It is a really lovely place, but double bed and one single is bot enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Shouldn't be advertised as family room. Exceptional cleaningness and all seems new. It would be perfect for family of 3. We also paid for parking that is on site and I think after the pricey room the parking should be free. Overall very nice and clean and would stay again in bigger room.

Location is really good. It is 3 minutes walk from Simmering metro station that will take you to the center in 15 minutes. Besides it's a quiet place with convince shops near by

Honestly, all was good except the fact that staffs English could be improved (They do speak English just not very well, I m writing this mainly because it is the only thing I can think of that wasn't amazing)
