With 11 adults - siblings with their partners, the bedroom layout was perfect and the large indoor/outdoor living areas well used. Location was excellent - close to town and the walkway.

We stayed at this place for the second time and it says it all. We liked everything about it. Clean, good location, enough rooms for everyone. Unfortunately, we left our drunking glasses there.

Its a 3 min walk to the coastal track and down to the waterfront and only a 15 mins walk into town so really well located.

Wonderful property. Photos don't do it justice. Suited our group so well, being walking distance to both town and beach. The garage was also an added bonus as we had expensive hotrods to keep safe.

Excellent accommodation, very spacious, clean and tidy. Loved the open plan flowing out onto the deck. Close to the city hub and a short walk down to the beach walkway. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

We found the property brilliantly located, quiet street but so close to the beach, town and transport links. We would have gladly stayed longer because the house was very comfortable and had breathtaking sea views.

Second time we’ve stayed here and it’s as great as last time. House is fantastic with lovely clean, modern rooms and amenities. House is beautifully located within walking distance to a lovely swimming beach. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic property! The photos do not do it justice! Great spaces for relaxation and spending time with loved ones. This property is really well equipped and in a great location to access the coastal pathway and other key New Plymouth attractions. We will def be booking this property again!

What a lovely Home to stay in, with everything you need. Aswell as beautiful decor and so much room for all of us to stay. Great location too easy Walk to town or to cycleway / walkway , museums etc Perfect.

We enjoyed staying at this spacious and central property, walking distance to city, beach but still quiet and private. Lovely decks and lounge. Would have liked one more Toilet as one bathroom plus an ensuite doesn't quite support the 5 bedrooms. Otherwise it would be a definite 5 star!!

Beautiful house, brand new. Very large with 2 living areas so would suit multiple families. Ideal location, close to beach and town. Kitchen cupboards could do with a few more cooking utensils and things, but other than that the house was great.

We loved our stay at Magic on Molesworth St. The place was spacious, clean, warm and modern. We will definitely be back

Excellent property only let down some substandard appliances ie a 2 slice toaster and a poor dishwasher

Fantastic house

Brilliant property and a great stay. I may have missed it but it might be a good idea to put on the blurb that you could bring your own Sky decoder as we noted there was a dish outside.
