Restaurant

Bed pillow was very hard and thus not comfortable for sleeping.

Staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. Food in the restaurant is nice. Rooms are comfortable. There is a food shop directly oposit which is handy and a ski bus stop next to the hotel.

You get a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee to make a drink. Biggest problem is the parking. There is not enough spaces for the amount of rooms. We had two rooms and struggled to park one car. More organization in the car park is needed.

Very good place to stay. Huge apartments and there is everything you need in the kitchen. Staff on the reception is very friendly and helpful. The lady who did check in for us helped us a lot. Spa is great, the lady who does message also was great, really enjoyed the message. Breakfast has a good choice of food. There is also a grocery shop opposite the hotel and bus stop just 1 min walk where you can get a ski bus from.

The food in restaurant is not great, looks like it is not freshly cooked and therefore don’t taste nice. Pillows are huge and not comfortable, also quite hot in the room and we were not sure how to control temperature. We also booked several messages throughout our stay and one staff member did message very badly, like he just learnt how to do it and was also using his phone during the message.

The restaurant and the location is really good if you like nature

A good location close to the town and a bit far from the ski area (but with a bus stop nearby) and good restaurant.

The apartment that was presented as having an area of ​​505ft was about half that. They probably show one room model on Booking and you get another one at accommodation. It's a pity that the money is taken for an apartment that does not have the characteristics presented for sale

Apartment wasn't clean, trashes between armchairs, dusty corners, walls and lamps, smelly carpets and sofa. Hate to leave this review but the smell was terrible. Maybe just at this particular apartment.

Brand new buildings and rooms, both very stylish and useful. Each room with fully equiped kitchen. Tasty breakfast and polite waiters. You can take everything from restaurant to your room. 3 playgrounds for kids few steps away from the restaurant.

No AC, too hot in rooms during the day, and we slept with a balcony wide open. Bufet dinner could have been better. (On the other hand, a la carte meals excellent) Only Pilsen beer on tap - no Slovak beer in Slovakia ;)

The room and bathroom were nice, clean and well equipped, the mattress was very comfortable. I especially liked the free ski bus. The staff was very nice

The breakfast selection was a bit simple. The staff started vacuuming while we were still in the restaurant.Booking.com does not state that the sauna is paid, but in reality it is, because it is part of the wellness, which is paid.When you book the accommodation, it's so a little misleading
