comfort of the bed, nice modern fixtures, quite location, lot`s of parking available. a few friendly staff member, nice bedding, powerful shower
breakfast: no buffet, hotel staff understood "light breakfast" for making me a full English breakfast,. was not being told how to order breakfast (like via menu) breakfast from 8am (a bit late) and 10 past 8, items were still brought out. restaurant was closed without information or notice. available info said open till 8pm. 1 night light? emergency light in the room was so intense and bright, it lit up the room and directly shining into your eyes.

reception shut at 6.00pm I had to check myself in using a key box. No food available after 4.00pm non of which was mentioned on the website which is misleading at best.

good location - handy for Bewdley and Stourport. plenty of free parking. room clean and tidy with plenty of storage space.
Good shower. Good quality tea and coffee in room plus biscuits. Powerful hairdryer.
Bathroom is badly designed and thought out. Due to sloping roof it was impossible to stand and take a pee without head touching ceiling. Sink also on wrong side of room. Mirror is behind you not over sink.

shame the bar closed at 6pm but nice pub just up the road.

It was a sanctuary and with a balcony overlooking the golf course which was heaven on a stick.

clean room, good view, comfortable, modern and well equiped
no welcome on arrival, had to search for a person to book me in. No meals being done in the evening.
A small Breakfast was £6.95 but toast, tea, cereal etc was all charged extra.

Lovely and peaceful, we arrived late at night after a 4 hour travel. Night check in was super easy though, the room itself was amazing, so comfy and cosy! The breakfast was delicious, if we are ever in the area again we wouldn't hesitate to stay. Staff were lovely as well :)

Not really a country club, no real facilities other than golf and a bar
Bar closed at 8pm. Rooms are above bar courtyard and never felt private .

No one on reception after after 6. No real details regarding where to go for food in golf restaurant or for breakfast times? Very annoying fuse box that had no cover in the room buzz all night!!!!

Left a valuable ring behind and had huge trouble getting through on the phone to ask for help with locating it. Staff I spoke to very disinterested and unhelpful. Never recovered my ring
