Staff were lovely, great pub, very comfortable bed, right in the middle of town.
Bit noisy on the street at night, so not great if you want a quiet stay or you're a light sleeper.

Very close to the high street & B's museum was just seconds away. As was the river- great views, fish & chips & number of pubs or ice cream. In a good area to meander round. Even though it's central & above a pub wasn't too nosey.
I had only thought there were one flight of stairs. Having to get up & down more was a big problem for me, they were very helpful both when I arrived & on leaving. I would have liked possible breakfast & couldn't find Pub opening times on this sight.///

The bed was more than comfortable, best sleep in years. Everything you need was in the room and surprisingly quiet being over a pub if you leave the window shut.
Lack of channels on the TV but that's not important.

Limited places to park. Could do with changing the fan in the room as even with it on max speed you can hardly feel it doing anything.

The room we had was large, beds comfy and not very noisy with the music downstairs either.

The access to the bedroom was difficult having to go through the bar and the stairs were steep also the light on the landing was on the far side making it difficult at night also the bar was very noisy

This is accommodation in an excellent location, with friendly staff, a clean room, and a comfy bed. Good value for the price, given how popular Bewdley is. Would stay again.
My room got quite warm but there wasn’t any obvious way of cooling it as the old sash window wouldn’t open and there was no fan/AC in the room. Totally get that this is ultimately a pub in a popular market town, and that it was a Saturday night, but the noise from the Saturday night disco actually vibrated my (2nd floor) room. I’m a night owl so it didn’t bother me (music went off at midnight) but for those early-to-bed it might be an issue. The WiFi did not work at any point during my 2 night stay - thankfully a good 4G signal was available!

absolutely love this place, stayed few times now for work related. The room is good size and very comfortable. WiFi never seems to connect though.
bar area was busy upon arrival so had to wait to get served and then say we are checking in, but a busy bar is good for business.
