La struttura sembra bella ma attenzione ⚠️ perché l’appartamento numero 8 che si trova piano terra puzzava di muffa e fogne,,, cosi sarà anche il numero 9,, li ho scritto al proprietario non si è presentato neanche,, dovevamo fare pure il check in,, questo comportamento non fa bene. Pessimo. Io vi consiglio di chiedere sempre.

Great location, a few minutes walk to the beach. Spacious room, good regular cleaning and very friendly host. There's a private parking place.

It would be great to have a hair dryer in the room.

The location is just perfect - 3 minutes away from the beach and 1 minute away from numerous restaurants and mini markets. The apartment’s mini kitchen is equipped with most necessary utensils and has a mini stove.

The shower needs a curtain or a door, the glass is very small and the water eventually spills all over the floor in the bathroom. Also the water in the shower is very cold both in the morning and in the evening and we were away during the day. I would recommend to add at least salt and pepper for the kitchen as well as paper or cloth towels. And finally, the blankets should be in covers, it’s not hygienic to put them just on a thin bedsheet which if you move during the night can go away and you will touch the blanket which many other people might have used before.

The villa is great, just like in the pictures, the balcony is awesome, well equipped (both room and the balcony), the owner is a really nice person, overall it's a great place to spend your time-off, near bus station, supermarkets, etc. I surely recommend the space for the summer time.

The only improvement point is the bed (2 single beds actually, quite small, specially if you're over 1.80 and 100+ kg). Independent from the owner of the company, the weather wasn't nice at all and it rain 6 days out of 7 and temperature was quite low. There was no heating source but luckily there were blankets in the closet so we managed to make ourselves as cosy as you can at 15-17°C or below during the night. (So a plus for the owner who thought at this but a small minus for the room for those who are coming in colder periods)

Very nice terrace outside the room, that is the nicest part of the stay. Good bed space, the rest is basic and minimal but functional. Fresh and clean

Everything about this place is heavenly. Great care about every detail. Great beds. We sometimes slept to long because of how good beds were. Great host. Even helped to print our boarding cards. Very thoughtful and nice. We felt great there. Surely we'll come back some time and recommend it to everyone who wants to rest and enjoy wonderful Crete.

The place is great, it's a comfortable room, fully equipped in the bathroom, room and kitchen. We cooked and enjoy the view to the see in the balcony every morning. The kitchen is equipped also with small electeodomestics. The owner was really nice and helpful, but he also gives you space, we arrived in the middle of the night and he waited for us. Heaven apartments is quiet, familiar and cozy, but you have also everything you need in the area not more than 300mtrs away: beach at 100mts, cars for renting, supermarkets, bars, plenty of restaurants. The area is quiet and safe. Is only 15 minutes away from Chania by car. We rented a car (the place has free parking as well) and went every day to different beaches at 30-90 minutes away, visited small villages in the peninsula, but Agia Marina was one of our favorite places to stay because of the installation and the location. We will definitely try to come back to Heaven Appartments!
