Excellent communication from property manager Stephen! Very informative with all details regarding the property and local area! Apartment very nice and very comfortable! Well-equipped for all your needs! We would love to use the apartment again in the future for our holiday in the area! We have stayed before at Gramacho but not at this particular apartment, so we do know the area very well, and the staff at the resort are all happy to help and very friendly. We,ve just returned from 2 full weeks in Gramacho Golf resort and are delighted to have had the experience of staying iin such a beautiful and peaceful resort, we can highly recomend this apatrtment/villa for anyone who would want a fantastic location and only a short distance from all of the main centres on the Algarve whether it be for site seeing, a golfing holiday or just a chill out vacation. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, modern and ground floor with beautifully maintained outside garden areas which is really suitable for sunbathing and is only a 1 minute stroll away from the pool area and all is exactly as described by the Manager who was extremely helpful and professional. The resort is managed professionally with security and comfort for the patrons and residents extremely important and evident throughout our stay. All staff includoing security and resort mainteneance staff are really courteous and so helpful. thanks Steve for the use of your Beautiful location. Peter

Everything was exactly as described and also the communication with the host was super easy! The apartment is fully equiped, very well located, all the divisons were as described and well equiped and also the quality of everything was perfect! Absolutely a place to come back!

I can only assent to the previous ratings. This is spacious, tidy and well equipped apartment located in a Libelle surrounding and managed by a kind landlord named Steve. The only other tiny thing to mention, is otherwise as listed in the FeWo/HomeAway website the apartment does not have any internet connection. But Steve informed us about this glitch/technical issue prior to our stay. Résumé: highly recommended.

The apartment is in a convenient location for a number of local beaches. We found the apartment to be clean and well appointed and the owner shows a genuine interest in the satisfaction of the guests.

What a gem of an apartment in a beautiful golfing holiday complex! It is well equipped and spacious with a lovely patio area. We were worried it didn't have air conditioning but being shaded by a large tree and with mesh on the large bedroom doors the windows could be kept open all the time, a bit like luxury camping! Stephen the owner was very friendly & trustworthy & I'd recommend booking directly through him & saving yourselves £70 odd! We didn't but you live & learn. Strongly recommend this apartment close to everything by car but not as touristy mad as our next apartment where I'm texting this from.
