Customer service was excellent, very attentive and responsive to any situation. The bedroom was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The cleanliness of all the place was great, and the pool was very accessible and comfortable, with a beautiful view.

There was a problem with my booking at the beginning that almost left me out of the hotel and all the experience, despite I did my reservation with time from the Booking app. In the end, staff was very professional and helpful and they solve the problem.

The internal swimming pool was fully booked and can be blu be accessed if you buy a spa treatment. The outdoor swimming pool was lovely.

we had got a room advertised as having a private outdoor space but it was shared. the breakfast was small and with limited choices. My partner smoked outside with the door of the room opened and at checkout we were asked to pay 1,000 pesos for having allegedly smoked in the room. I paid it but it felt unfair. Additionally there was in the room an empty wrap of a medicine that we did not use so it seems it was not cleaned properly before us.

Lots of (dead) grasshoppers on the floor outside, breakfasts on weekends were buffet style but during the week freshly cooked, would have expected the other way around. Toilet was not flushing when we arrived, floor parquet was misaligned.

It was a good breakfast for sure, not the best in the world but tasty

We liked the room, garden, lobby and inside pool

We did not like that both pools were dirty (the outside with dust, leaves and more things) the inside pool was just not clean (and it wasn't because of the relaxing spa salt in it). We didn't appreciate have to pay more money than the one we had pay to book the room to be able to use the inside pool, it was crazy, the massage we get it. At the restaurant they had club load music so not very relaxing spa feeling there, on top of it they had very few options to drink and eat as well. Breakfast starts until 8am and we were hungry. Finally it doesn't seem a very safe location , we were kind of scared before arriving oh and they allow smocking and the smell goes inside the restaurant :(

We stayed in a Villa and a Double bed room in which the beds were comfortable . . . . . . But that's it.

Staff / Customer Service was below our expectations, Check in was wrongfully processed which caused a freeze on my credit card, Check out was long and tedious (at least an hour). Location is terrible. Our parking lot was dirt/mud (raining season) so you can only imagine how bad it got and add to that a huge Ant hole, so when we got on or off the vehicle, it was bad, we had to knock off the ants that crawled up on our legs. Our vehicle's tires were covered in mud so every time we would leave, mud starting flying everywhere like crazy. The staff didn't inform us of our free breakfast that was already included in the reservations, so we had to spend on that meal for a party of 7. In summary Definitely Not worth staying for the price you pay.

It’s very beautiful

The day we arrived there was a group of people smoking and being very loud until 2 am the rooms are not sound proof and it was very hard to get rest the next day they was noise in the morning as there was going to be an event by the pool that we were not advised about and there was a lot of staff and people not acting professionally . We tried to go for a swim but the water was freezing cold . Other than that it is a beautiful place to stay .

We loved the architecture and landscape. At the restaurant we felt safe and our waiter Jacobo was wearing a mask!

The receptionist weren’t wearing any face masks for check in, although they have a window at the front desk (it’s mostly symbolic) they should ensure our safety and theirs.
