Beautiful and peaceful accommodation with a soothing view of Southport Bay. Perfect for enjoying a moment by the ocean, with breathtaking views that captivate you at every hour of the day. Highly recommended!

Summertime cottage is a little gem! The house is wonderfully situated right on the water, sensational views - we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was so well equipped with absolutely everything we needed plus more. Beds and pillows were really comfy. Lots of windows and chairs to just sit back and soak up the view with a glass of wine by the fire. We'll be back again :)

The size of the windows gave an excellent view of the beach and the trees which was fabulous.

The view from the property over the water was magnificent. It was an ideal spot to watch the daily bird life and absorb the clean pollution free air. A wonderful place to escape the rat race.
The position of the property overcomes any short comings. The simple furnishings are perfectly comfortable and the open fire enhance the overall ambience at night. It was certainly warm and cosy.

Lovely clean and warm house with a great view right across from the beach. Very well equipped, comfortable beds and a nice new kitchen.
Advertised with WIFI, which influenced booking this place as I was using it as a 'work away from home' location. The WIFI was pretty much non-existent and therefore I had to drive back to the city to work on one of the days which defeated the purpose and was really disappointing.... That said, if you would like a getaway from the outside world - this place would be perfect.

Location was perfect.
Dirty and the property desperately needs work. The carpet must be 25 years old and should be replaced for health reasons.

It's was clean, spacious and had amazing views. Everything supplied for a relaxing break.
It was very cold and heating was an issue. There was a wood heater but wood was damp which made it smokey and the split system heater didn't work. This only left a very small ineffective heater.

Lovely outlook, relaxing getaway. Gorgeous fire for a winter stay.
Internet info provided didn’t work, only one wifi network available and the password provided did not work. However it was good to have enforced internet free time.

Was very well stoked with spreads, coffee etc exceptionally clean and heat pump was already on taking the edge off the chill 👍👍

The outlook was the principal thing.
Not good value for money - three star at best. Also not happy to be loading the car in rain and mud whilst your boat occupied the only carport 😳

The location was stunning, right on the water at a lovely secluded beach. Very private and extremely well set up.

Probably one of the best views in Southport. Located within a few seconds from the beach and main street. Nice to be able to sit in lounge and watch and hear the ocean.
The kitchen glasses and cutlery were not clean enough. We had a sensor light going on and off all night at the back of the house which kept some of us awake. Very old furnishings. One of us had a very hard bed. We felt with a bit more work this could be a very comfortable and cosy cottage.
