Lovely host who greeted us literary minutes after our previous accomodation got rudely canceled.

The owner is very polite & helpful thanks Roberto, the property has a free parking, clean apartment, all facilities are available, air conditioning is great 👍

The owner was very kind and nice. We even got a welcome drink! The apartment was spotless and nicely furnished. Ideal for short stays when visiting the city. 10/10 stay!

Studio was clean and spacious with comfy beds and mattresses. The bathroom was quite big as well. It takes 30 minutes by foot to the city centre or 8 minutes to the tram stop.
Noisy neighbour in an adjacent apartment talking loudly till late night. The wall is a bit thin.

we highly enjoyed our stay at this property. Roberto and his family were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Due to an issue with our previous accommodation, we booked the appartement just 2 hours before the last possible time to check-in but Roberto was there to welcome us warmly with drinks and the room fully ready. thank you!
it is also very close to the city center in a very calm neighborhood, and the apartment was very modern, functional and clean - and quite important it had a functional AC (a must when it is 37 degrees the whole day…!)

This studio is spotless and safe. Check in is easy , the host met and greeted me with a welcome shot. the bed is comfortable and I had good sleep there. it’s in a quiet area too. location wise it’s 20 mins walk to the bus station and also 20 mins walk to the train station. This is not a fancy place but it made me feel comfortable, and also it’s very affordable.

hot water for shower only lasted for about 5 minutes, water won't drain.
